The TJX member with the name of Ria (5140) was very disrespectful when I was making a payment for a purchase, very racist, she screamed at me and saying that it was part of the store policy. She was throwing my items at me and before leaving the store she was saying disrespectful comments on the speaker. Worst customer service.

Beautiful clean store. Nice selection. Staff is amazing. Vibe is amazing. One of my favourite places to shop. Love it even more when I saw a staff member wearing a watermelon pin. ❤️

I attempted to return some unused garden items I had purchased from Homesense, but the store was too busy that day, so I went to Marshalls instead. I had all the original receipts with me. The cashier at Marshalls—an older woman—initially refused the return, claiming the items had been used. Once she realized they were clearly unused, she changed her reasoning and said that their store doesn’t carry those products. I’m aware that TJX stores generally accept returns for such items, even if they’ve been used. I’ve never encountered a cashier at any TJX store as dismissive or rude as this one.

Marshall
Marshall is one of the best stores to shop at! They always have a great variety of quality products at unbeatable prices — from clothing and accessories to home decor and kitchen essentials. The store is well-organized, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. I love finding amazing deals and hidden gems every time I visit. Definitely my go-to place for great shopping!

Product are good i guess. The one star is for the staff.
They were following me and my friend around pretending they are customers made us feel very uncomfortable when we realized. We know it's a fact bc the people who kept popping g up in front of us all the time (looking around) were the same people we checked out with. Especially the hidjab lady. Second time she does that. My partner notice the first time and when I explained what happened this time she said it was the same .
So go but expect to be profiled Immediately
