I used to shop here when I lived in London. It was located on Oxford and Richmond back then. Always thought the prices were competitive and the store owner was always very helpful. I'm glad to see the business still exists all these years later.

My work laptop suddenly wouldn’t turn on, and it could have completely derailed my work week if I couldn’t find a quick fix. Thankfully, I found Mega Computers! They were super fast, fairly priced, and incredibly professional. Alan, the clerk, was kind, transparent, and upfront about what to expect with timing and costs. They repaired it within a day, saving me from buying a whole new laptop and preventing any interruption to my work. Definitely my go-to PC repair shop now. Highly recommend! 👌🏻

Fabulous ✨️ I gave my gaming laptop for a fan cleanup and thermal repaste. He did quote me the cheapest price as I have inquired with a few other placesin London aswell. The best part is that he even went that extra mile to even clean all the dusts under the keyboard and also the whole laptop, including my charger. Totally unexpected. Great service at a best price.

These guys fixed my computer when no one else could. I’d tried multiple places with no luck, but Mega came through when I really needed it. They diagnosed the issue, fixed it on the spot, and had me back up and running within an hour. Customer service was top-tier — friendly, fast, and reliable. From now on, all my computer repairs are going through them. Highly recommended.

The worst place I have seen yet.
They fixed my laptop, but when I received other problems raised and was asking another fee to be paid. They charged me for diagnosing and listed the issues that they fixed. When I received my laptop with new problems, when I asked them to fixe it, they was asking another fee.
The question is either their Diogenes were not accurate or they were not able to properly fix which their fixing caused new issues.
With all these, can not explain how were very rude and disrespectful. Hope to find a better place that my laptop to be fixed properly!

Guys, do your own research before building a custom gaming pc. They also sell used products, so be aware. The guy didn't want to help me. The guy was rude. He didn't even bother to listen to me. I don't know how this store has positive reviews.

This is an amazing business! I placed an online order during the postal strike and called to ask if they could ship by courier. Alan was the best! He got me courier quotes which were very expensive, then we decided to wait for the postal strike to be over, then the order arrived quickly! I highly recommend this business!
