My coworkee and I got jerk chicken for lunch today and it was inedible - super dried out and leathery. Who in their right mind would serve this trash? I wonder how the staff and owners would feel if they were sold this ?. Two stars because the portion of macaroni and cheese was plentiful.

The staff have no clue where items are & set me mindlessly around the store for 10 mins, and never helped me find a simple thing of wasabi.I asked multiple people then finally got annoyed and lefty supposed to be lunch in the Isle.Now I am out of lunch time & will not get to eat for 4 or 5 hours....Worst is every just shrugs their shoulders.For Byron this is as low class as possible.Sad because I used to come here for my lunch all the time, but lately it's been absolutely saddened.

Super Pricey but !! The Best sales on fresh cut meats on a weekly basis . The odd sale on other stuff that beats prices anywhere aswell. usually not too busy or crowded either. We buy almost all our meats here.

I want to recognize the Seafood Dept going above and beyond for me today. I called to check on boxes of oysters and they put it on hold for me over the phone while I head over within 30mins. Upon pick-up, they informed me that there was a bit of an issue as they were putting the boxes on reserve, another customer insisted to buy them and gave them grief. They ended up selling one of my reserved boxes to the other customer. To make it right, the store manager picked up a box of oysters from another Metro to correct the situation and in time for my pick-up. This gesture amazed me. This is customer service at its best! Thank you to the amazing ladies of the Seafood Dept and to the Store Manager.

It's a nice grocery store. Nice bakery and a professional deli counter. The market area is very pleasant. Also has the Melitta #6 coffee filters, which are hard to find at other grocery stores. It's a level-up grocery with level-up prices.

Clean,bright,modern. Smaller physical area than years ago but well refreshed with ample inventory on hand. Staff friendly and helpful. Very modern now. And welcoming feeling when you arrive

There were only 2 cash desks working while still some people who are retired or not working made a line. Also it is not possible to use self check for some food due to absence in the system. So if you are in harry then it's better to refrain from shopping there. I am shopping there very rearaly even though it is the closest grocery. Now it will be not soon when I would go there again.

Lots to offer in grocery, bakery, and fresh produce. Oddly most shoppers were very very helpful and engaging - it was my first visit to this location and I needed help to find certain items. Must be the Bryon community way.

Under construction out front right now, making it better for customers, so you cannot enter through the north doors but the south doirs are open. I went there for a few produce items. Always fresh!

We recently moved to the springbank area from North London. We loved the Metro on Adelaide & Cheapside. Unfortunately after shopping at this location we have been dissapointed to find that all of the produce we purchased on Tuesday is already bad or going bad (it is Friday). They also sold us milk that expired the same day we purchased it. The quality is below what we expect from Metro and unfortunately we will have to shop elsewhere next time.
