“Nirathi was so helpful in comparing the breakdown of phone plans for the iPhone 17pro and Samsung 25 ultra. I'm a Samsung girl and wanted to try out the iPhone instead. I ended up not liking it and prefer Samsung over the Iphones system, I went back to exchange the phone the next day and Nirathi was extremely understanding. She had everything switched over with the help of her manager Bimal in less that 2 hours!! (We all know getting a new phone can take forever). I would highly recommend going here and being taken care of by Nirathi. She will get you the best plan with everything you need and her kindness went a long way with me. Thank you!”
“Tyler at the Clarke Road store is absolutely phenomenal. He was patient, went over and above trying to revive my phone that ultimately had a corroded Mother Board. He managed to retrieve much of my information through other means that I never would have been able to do or understand myself. He gave advice that would help with my new phone. He provided the best service of any provider I have ever dealt with. He kept in touch over the week so I knew progress of where things were at. He wouldn't accept any additional $ for labor when I went back multiple times for something I needed help with in getting my new phone set-up. A true ? in a world where the customer is often left floundering because of the speed of technological upgrades. I am so very thankful for Tyler and his expertise and a level of customer service you rarely see any more. Thank you Tyler! You're a gem and any employer would be blessed to have you in their service. God bless you!”
“I had my screen fixed for a very reasonable price. I got much higher quotes from other places. It ended up cheaper than the original quote. Jay is very helpful and honest. I ended up getting a great protector for my device at a reasonable price, too! This is the place to go for repairs!!!”

“Pam at the Masonville Loblaws Mobile Shop is awesome. She helped me get new BYOD plans for me and my brother. She explained to me all the best options available and I didn't feel like she was being pushy at all. The way that she spoke and worked made it clear that she wanted to offer the best possible experience for her customers.Due to no fault of her own, there were some technical difficulties in setting up the eSIM for my brother. I was starting to get worried, as it was getting close to closing time. To my surprise, Pam actually called up technical support and didn't leave until the issue was resolved. She ended up staying behind an extra 20 minutes for me. I'm so happy that I chose to come to the Mobile Shop and her employers have no idea how lucky they are to have an employee like her.”

We showed up today to discuss cable and get it changed/updated, Adam greeted us and helped us soooo much. We then proceeded to get our cell plans switched up to save some money and he of course helped us out a great deal! Recommend this store and Adam all the way!!!”
