My phone would not turn on and the staff was able to get it turned on and explain the issue and how to solve it. They have pressure you into spending additional money on ‘extras’. “Unfortunately I did not catch her name because i was in such a rush but she was amazing help in solving my problem. Quickly signed me up and got my old phone setup with rogers in no time when she could tell time was an issue, but also crushed my old plans price and features all at the same time, actually saving me money on top of quickly helping me flip my phone over to rogers. I wish i had a chance to go back and thank her after my old number took effect in way faster time than she said it could. To wrap it up she quickly understood what I needed done, did it better and faster than I expected by a lot...thank you”

“Went in for an inquiry and update on internet service, came out with a fellow bungie gamer. :DOn the real side: Yes, doors are locked for security reasons. It sucks that people cannot be trusted and that this is a way that they can protect their assets and clients. The first time visiting, we were unaware and accidentally looked like hooligans as we rattled the door. Both Gabe and George were wonderful human beings that assisted us in transferring over from a US line to a Canadian line. The second visit, Gabe assisted us in establishing the internet package deal. We had some small hiccups along the way due to my returning citizenship status and need to pull a credit report. None of this is at the fault of any of the workers at this location. The third visit, we went in to inquire about the internet, as it was not properly connecting. Both Gabe and George were helpful in offering us a step by step on who to contact. I reiterate, they helped to the best of their ability within their role. It is on the IT and back office side of things that needed to be addressed and resolved.Thank you for your time, patience, and information. We appreciated your assistance throughout this change.”
