“As it was my first time going to Tbooth wireless, i would say it was my best experience. Best thing about Tbooth wireless was the service, i was able to have a smooth experience thanks to the workers, especially Emily, she gave me the best experience, with excellent service, not only her service but how she treated me as a customer, she has a very good attitude, in terms of helping her customers. If you are looking to shop for Phones, speakers, headphones, E.T.C. I would highly recommend Emily for customer service.”

“I’ve been going to the mobile shop for years. They always search for the best deal and that is appreciated! This visit was different but ended up turning out. Savanah set me up quickly with the phone and plan I wanted at a great price. When switching the sim to the new phone there was an issue. 4 hours later, it was solved. Savanah stayed with the issue despite her frustration and figured it out. It turned out to be a defective phone. Savanah was determined to figure out the issue and in the end, was correct with her diagnosis of the situation. Many people would have given up. Savanah has great customer service skills and is dedicated to providing the best service. I will be going back, because of people like Savanah.”

“I had a great experience with this location yesterday. I had a bit of a complicated request which is why I chose to go in person rather than try to figure out a plan with a tech over the phone. I was very impressed with how efficient and charismatic your employee Tiffany was. There was a steady stream of customers and she managed to help each of us effectively. The overall experience was really positive thanks to her, it was very obvious she knows what she’s doing. Thank you for making an overwhelming process fun!”
