As someone who managed specialist camera retail stores in the UK within my career I was very impressed by the level of service and knowledge demonstrated, there was a very welcoming atmosphere and willingness to help. We intended at most film processing send off but ended up purchasing hardware and accessories due to the level of service received. Henry’s is lucky to have such a dedicated team in the area. They can even provide for people with niche requirements, not to mention limited luggage space and time the right help to find the best matched equipment for them. “My old stereo no longer functioned well, and I wanted a new one to enjoy music I've accumulated over the years. Where to begin? I came across Visions Electronics on Wonderland Road, and my customer service experience couldn't have been more rewarding or positive, thanks primarily to Vadi. He took the time to listen to my needs, offered very helpful advice, and was patient. So much has changed in stereos over the years - especially headphones - and Vadi walked me through it all, not only responding to questions but offering helpful advice and points to consider. Pascal was helpful as well particularly as regards speakers. As a result, I purchased a new receiver, turntable, speakers and headphones. Taylor was also helpful with the installation, and Vadi helpfully responded to my post-sale questions as well about using the system. I can't recommend Visions Electronics highly enough, particularly Vadi's exceptional service. It's a pleasure to experience customer service that's not transactional but focussed on meeting customer needs in a friendly, positive, helpful manner. I'll definitely return for future purchases now that I've discovered an electronics store that values customers in the exceptional way that Visions Electronics does.”

“Probably the last bastion for high end audio in London that also caters to the full range of tastes and needs in the listening sphere for two channel (where they excel) or the many other new age options for a condo, apartment or a whole home system solution. Quality brands with that rare commodity of after sales service if and when you need it. Bill and Al are very passionate about the products they sell and have many loooooooooong term customers who have been on the audiophile journey with them for decades. “I’ve been going to the mobile shop for years. They always search for the best deal and that is appreciated! This visit was different but ended up turning out. Savanah set me up quickly with the phone and plan I wanted at a great price. When switching the sim to the new phone there was an issue. 4 hours later, it was solved. Savanah stayed with the issue despite her frustration and figured it out. It turned out to be a defective phone. Savanah was determined to figure out the issue and in the end, was correct with her diagnosis of the situation. Many people would have given up. Savanah has great customer service skills and is dedicated to providing the best service. I will be going back, because of people like Savanah.”

“My recent shopping experience at 1080 Wellington Rd, London, Ontario was excellent. I had purchased an open-box laptop from Best Buy's website, but after a few days I noticed that the space key was not functioning properly. So I decided to exchange it.
Sarah from the customer service department assisted me. Since the laptop I had purchased was an open-box item, she explained that they didn't have another open-box one in stock at the location and offered to exchange it for a different model. However, I only wanted the same model, I said her I would rather return it.
Sarah when realized I wanna only the same model then offered to exchange it for brand-new one. However, the price of the new one had doubled compared to one week ago. In that time the difference was just 200$$$. For the price problem Sarah called her colleague, Dan , came over and was just as understanding and helpful. Dan told me he would try to honor the previous week's price if that is possible. After 10 minutes, he came back with a brand-new laptop WITH LAST WEEK PRICE.
A big thank you to Dan and Sarah for their kindness and compassion, and exceptional customer service.

“this review is for the chicken - I have no idea when 7/11 chicken had a glow up but I was very impressed by the strips and wedges. Lady working there told me it was good and she did not lie. $5 for 3 strips, 3 wedges. Probably best value meal I’ve had in awhile. I wish I caught the lady’s name who was working there but she was wonderful to deal with. Will be back for chicken lol.”
