He's very knowledgeable in Audio and very professional and made purchasing the right piece of equipment extremely easy.When I first saw the McIntosh MA12000 integrated amplifier I was speechless! It's gorgeous and it sounds so incredibly musical. The MA12000 is definitely a special component.But my journey wasn't easy. I went to "the other" high-end retailers, and nobody took the time to listen to my needs. One retailer even criticized my initial listening room and tried to sell me components I wasn't interested in. “I went to Henry’s last weekend to get some wallet photos printed that I needed the same day for a project. When I went in, I was greeted at the door right away by Graham asking how he could help me. He told me that they unfortunately don’t have wallet prints, but was willing to take the time to help me convert my pictures into a photo size that they did have and put 2 pictures on one photo print, and even cut them all for me! This was not a service that they offer but he was kind enough to take his time to help me. Thanks Graham! The photo print quality was amazing so we’ll be back for more prints in the future!”
