I don’t usually give google reviews but feel the need to for this Mr. Lube location in London, ON as I hope the owners will see it and commend all of their staff. I’ve been taking my suv to them for years. Each and every time, whichever employees we see, they have ALWAYS been courteous, helpful yet not pushy. The training you have provided for everyone has clearly been professional, so thanks to all for making a positive difference. Blessings!

I will never be bringing my vehicle back to this location again or any Mr. lube in general.
It all started a few months ago when my serpentine belt needed to be replaced. I called this location as it was where I had a few oil changes done when I moved to the area. They expressed their ability to change my serpentine belt for me without hesitation. After it being replaced I had to return to this location 3 times before being told by the manager to go to a different location where an actual mechanic worked. The mechanic told me the belt was no where near installed properly. From this ordeal, I was given 2 free oil changes. I am quite understanding and get that things happen so when I was ready for an oil change I went back to this original location…. I had my oil changed, using one of the free oil changes given to me. Fast forward to today, and I’m driving home from work and my oil light goes on. I pull over immediately. My boyfriend came and checked the oil level and my oil was completely dry. We went to Canadian tire and bought oil, and the oil leaked right out quicker than he had put it in. My boyfriend discovered that the gasket separated from the filter causing all of the oil to leak from the engine. This could have been a really
Horrible situation and I highly recommend not taking your car to this location even for the smallest most simple thing, such as an oil change.
