“I have been going to Jiffy Lube for years now. No matter of there are staff changes, I have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly, efficient. If there is a delay, for whatever the cause, they always are in touch and explaining the reason. In and out is within minutes not hours or days from the dealer!! Of course it is always nice to sit in the air conditioned waiting room and enjoy a cold drink of water or a hot coffee! On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, I would give them a ten plus!!!”
