No complaints about service or quality of product, however I paid sale price of $156 for a pair of Reiker Revolution boots, and found the identical boot on sale at Ingeborgs for $79.99. Ovation did not mention boots could not be returned, although receipt does state. I had hoped at least for some credit (if not a price match). I have been a customer for a number of years, purchasing boots, shoes, sandals, purse, wallet - this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will no longer shop at this store.

I was looking for sandals. They had a great selection. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and the pricing was comparable to some of the other stores that I had stopped at. I bought 2 pairs. I will be back for another.

My mum bought a pair of shoes and a pair of boots from here,better price than at the mall for the same brand.They happily let her exchange the boots for a different size,which were a little small.Good quality products,and service.

I was a prospective shoe salesman and customer service representative that approach this company who had great needs in providing for another attendant. The gentleman named Deepak is the owner of the company and chose not to regard me as a viable option as I did even go in for a formal interview providing my resume I urge others who decide to want to work in this industry to not approach this individual as you will not be responded to in kindness or likeness also the shoes that are being sold are just readily available at any location of any major shoe store and these prices are about 20 to 30% above the average market price.

This store is a family tradition. My mother (now deceased) shopped here over the years for her hard-to-fit very narrow feet with high instep. Deepak was so generous with his assistance in ordering shoes for me and sending them to Vancouver. Excellent service!

I went today with my good friend to purchase the pair of shoes for myself, since I've been having very difficult time to get good,comfortable, affordable pair. The owner was very nice,helpful, patient with me and my shoes problem. One on one attention from owner. He tried to accommodate my needs. Staff is quite professional. it has good music. they have excellent selection.huge selection fromdifferent makes. popular brands. they carry hard-to find sizes and widths. as a local guide i can tell you you dont often see this selection within the city with this selection and service.
