We bought a Cichlid for my 10 year old daughter at this store and it was a disaster from the moment we asked for it.
Staff spoke loudly that they didnt know how to get the fish and asked another staff member to help, this staff member chased the fish around the tank with yhe net unable to catch it. Another staff member came and helped by ripping the hideaway out from ontop of the fish and scooping her up, filling the bag with water from another empty tank (hopefully cycled but not likely), and giving us a stressed out, not moving fish. We took the fish that my daughter picked out for herself and let the fish acclimate in the bag as usual, then placed it into the tank that was cycled and proper temp and the fish went right to the bottom and did not move but was alive and clearly stressed. We hoped she was just a little in shock and would snap out of it.
Unfortunately we woke up to a fish on her side struggling. We turned off all the lights to hopefully allow her to destress more but within an hour of us seeing her like this she stopped breathing and was dead. We did not even have the fish for 24 hours before it was dead even with proper care at home.
Staff is under trained and doesnt care for the wellbeing of the animals they sell and I have a broken hearted child because of it.
I was told by staff at a fish store we got my daughter a new healthy fish at, that ALL the fish at petsmart have ick so be aware of what you are bringing home to your tanks and avoid buying fish, maybe all pets here.

This was our puppy’s first grooming experience. We were told she had an accident in the bath and didn’t like the dryer, but when we picked her up it was clear she was extremely stressed, heavy panting, frantic to leave, and still wet and unbrushed after being there for three hours.
We were not contacted to stop the session despite clear signs she was overwhelmed. We also did not receive an item included in the package.
First grooming experiences matter, and we were disappointed in how this was handled.

I would never recommend bringing your dog here for grooming. The grooming staff is unprofessional and more focused on rushing dogs in and out to meet deadlines than actually prioritizing their safety and comfort. The girls show little concern for how stressed the dogs are as long as the sale is made. Corners are cut, and safety is not the top priority. This is a horrible location, and if you care about your pet, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for grooming services.

Haven't had a good experience at this store yet... called there yesterday to inquire about a particular product I wanted for my cats and was told they had it in stock and in 2 flavors. To ensure she had the correct product (have had a bad experience with floor staff before regarding product) I called back to be sure she had the right product in stock (we don't live in London). Went to the store today and found that they did not have it in stock and she did inform me of the wrong product... the reason I called back to confirm that it was the correct product and in stock. Lazy staff member that obviously couldn't be bothered to check if it was the correct product, even though she knew we lived out of town. The store in St. Thomas is great but they were out of stock... staff there are friendly and we never have a problem there. Will not be returning to this Wonderland location with uncaring staff with little knowledge...

I usually buy my dog's food and treats here, and the staff is always friendly. Prices are fair, and if you're a member, there are some great deals. Definitely recommend!

Shout out to Carter - the animal care specialist who is often there Sunday mornings. He is so patient with my 1.5 year old toddler - showing her the animals and the fish and going over all the information about them and their care. He goes above and beyond with his time and customer service.

We took our dog for grooming and specifically requested that the hair on his face not be cut, but this request was ignored multiple times. To make matters worse, our dog came back with a large bruise, even in an area where no hair was trimmed. This is very disappointing and concerning.
