Our dog had an accident and broke a nail, which required surgery, and he was in a lot of pain. After he healed up he would not let us trim his nails, but its something that needs to be done. We figured we would bring him here, and see if they could help us. He is a big white shepherd, and very anxious with new people. So we were a little worried, lol.
Well.. its 2 years ago he broke his nail, and we still keep coming back here for nail trims. Excellent service, and they are so good with our dog! He is calm and the trim is done rather quickly, with lots of cuddles. Very impressed! Would definetly recommend their pet services. 🙂
Editing to say I'm never coming back.
Carrying my daughter in a carrier, the dog had an incident and peed a little, and I'm walking over to their clean up station and there was nothing there to clean up with. Surrounded by infinity dogs and owners telling us to not come close to their little dogs, ( fair, they could be training and I respect that ), we had to find a different path to find an employee to help us get this mess cleaned up.
To our surprise an employee runs by all the tiny dogs and tells us our dog did a mess and that we have to clean up.
I tell her I went to the clean up station and it was empty, as to where she just says that she will show us where it is. To her surprise it was empty....
I always clean up after myself and the rudeness I expected in the chaos of a full store, carrying the daughter and then being told to clean up using their clean up station which was empty, and even not believing me and telling me to follow her was just too much.
Horrible service. Do better.

If I could give 6 stars I would! My mini labradoodle pup came here for her first pro bath and hair cut. Oliver was great and did an amazing job!! Definitely booking with him again for her next visit!!

We use Ciara and absolutely love her work..our Great Pyrenees/Leonberger.. Sharron Pawsbourne loves her..and don't use anyone else unless absolutely necessary..

Regular pet store with the expected inventory.
Manipulative salespeople reminiscent of commission-based businesses. I can tolerate that you want my phone number for marketing purposes and spam texts, but integrity tells me you should at least ask for that information as opposed to making it seem mandatory for a simple transaction.

This location is amazing! Ciara groomed my beautiful lady and the results were unbelievable. The professionalism she showed will have me coming back to her again and again let alone the detail and care she showed in her grooming. I HIGHLY recommend Ciara to all who need a groom for there fur baby. She cares for the animals like they are her own. My lady always leaves looking and smelling amazing! 5 stars all day!

I’ve been going to Ciara in the grooming salon for years and have always had great service with her. She cares so much about my pup and even caught a serious medical issue with my girl. Can’t say enough good things about her!!

Ciara did my Yorkie today and the groom was terrible. Never had this issue with the other groomer who is no longer at this location.
I'd advise not to use her. I had to trim all the long hairs she missed. Will not go back again.

We went to buy fish for our daughters from the Northland Mall location in London, ON on Saturday September 13, 2025 between 3-5pm. We have had fish and aquariums all our lives, and knew exactly what we were looking for in terms of fish and aquarium setup for different species.
The saleswoman kept discouraging us from the types of fish we’d planned to buy, and repeatedly lied about the fish (habitat, who they can live with, etc.), making it a very frustrating shopping trip. We left very dissatisfied with our experience and the variety of fish being actually sold (if she’s in the mood to catch it for you..)
We will NOT BE RETURNING to this location. London has a lot of Petsmarts - pick a different one to visit.

Absolutely the WORST grooming salon in London! What a complete joke. Two months ago we brought our dog here, exact same situation with a few small mats — no problem, they did the job. This time, after waiting OVER TWO WEEKS for an appointment, they suddenly refused, claiming only a vet can handle it. Seriously? Then why call yourself a grooming salon if you can’t even groom a dog?
We even said: don’t touch the ears, don’t touch the head, just trim and bathe the dog. Still, they flat out refused. Ridiculous policy, zero professionalism. If you can’t do your job, CLOSE YOUR SALON and let real groomers work.
Total waste of time, extremely unprofessional staff. Never again. I will NEVER bring my dog here and I will NEVER step foot in Petsmart again.
