My cat has occasional asthma attacks so I was looking for a litter that actually had reduced dust, since many advertise themselves as being dust-free when they are not. I asked Christie for help, and she gave me great advice and recommended a litter that was reasonably priced and is good quality. It still has a bit of dust, but it has way less than other brands I've tried! Christie was lovely, and very helpful. Thank you!

Coupon in the mail... 20% off. Great. My fault for not noticing the smaller print that this was for an online order. We went to the store ... dog bed, leash, food ... at the counter they couldn't accept the coupon. But they offered to hold my items, I could go home, order the same things ... and then drive back to pick things up. (didn't have my phone to order when I was outside) - Silly process. I went elsewhere.

Had a good experience, unfortunately they really do n3es to stick more dog toys that are more indestructible. That's a personal preference thought. I have a cane corso, and a boxer cross. They destroy toys like no other, and dog beds!

I have been getting my dog nails trimmed there for over 6 year at the Wellington location. Since he was 11 weeks old. Jessica which is no longer there sadly and Nicole that is still present are the best. They were always able to accommodate my dog and the fact that he was born with a loose knee cap who did not require surgery until recently. He had two surgery on his knee to fix it. He is completely healed and had gotten the clearance from his surgeon but I’m always worried and wanting to make sure they go easy on that particular leg and are careful how they move and bend it. There is also a pin at the front of the knee that slightly sticks out which I do not have to get removed. Surgeon says pin is fine to stay. When I called today to book an appointment to get his nails trimmed nicole was not present. I spoke to someone about my concerns before going there as I wanted to make sure they understood my worries in regards being gentle with his leg and avoiding putting pressure where the pin is. The girl put me on hold and a man picked up. I was told to seek a vet to get my dog nails done. He told me they will not do the trim until his pin is removed and his knee is fully recovered from the pin removal. Really? Are you a vet to make this kind of demand to tell me my dog need his pin removed to access your services? The fact that they can no longer guarantee a job properly done safely and gently is a huge red flag. My dog is good during his nails trims and he causes no problems. He is a small chihuahua super friendly with not bad anger behaviour. He just stay there all happy to get his nails done. He actually vocalize his joy to see his favourite groomers. This has never happened to me before. Idk who than man was that I talked too but you have lost my business. I have never spoken to any man In the grooming department all the years I have gone there. I do not need a vet to perform my dog nail trims. Any educated groomers can perform this task safely and without worries. Pet Valu has amazing groomers and it’s $10 a nail trims on Tuesdays after 6pm. They also provide a much better service and overall care. Better quality products as well. This is now where I will be taking my business.

Im gonna sound like a Karen but I dont care. The cashier I had today was so unpleasant, not only did she watch me bag my 14 items but she failed to tell me how many points Ive accuired ($32) could've paid for my entire purchase today. I thought it was policy to tell customers about their points? Its literally the only reason I shop at petsmart

Nicole was amazing today so accommodating towards my Ozzy as it was his first time to the groomers and he was scared. She did a great job with his nails and calming him. Highly recommend! Thanks Nicole!

Iv' e been coming here for over 5 years.
Service was always good.
Lately, there has been quite a staff changeover and I find my dog is groomed by different groomers, with results not matching the price we pay. They also seem quite unorganized, triple booking on my last visit. Not sure if I'll go back.

Jada is always so amazing with my golden Tucker! He has some slight anxiety and she is always so sweet and calm with him. She is always very detail oriented and Mr Tucker always leaves looking and feeling his best. She truly treats him with the love as if he was her pets. We love you Jada and can’t wait for our best appointment!!

Petsmart is honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with.
1) Online order glitches out and charged me 7 times (over $500). Took over a month to release the refund.
2) Customer service tried to place the order with a $75 e gift card they gave me for the trouble. Did not work, and I was told to use it in store. Went in store and (just like my debit card) the order was charged but not put through, so my gift card only had $3 on it.
3) After 1 months of waiting, the balance finally went back to my gift card (~$72), so I went in store to use it.
4) In store, they could see the balance on the card, but it declined no matter what they did.
5) I was told to contact customer support line, so I called while standing IN STORE to figure it all out. Apparently the number I was given, was the wrong number.
6) I was transferred by the phone agent, and the call was disconnected.
I left everything but my cat essentials right there on the counter. This company is a joke, and the customer service even worse. Dealing with such a simple issue for weeks is absolutely unacceptable, and I will be reaching out to head office at this point. Ridiculous!!!!
