Terrible customer service. Asked for help from 2 associates to find some stupid cat food both of them just ignored me. My first time to this place and will be the last. Worst Worst Worst place

I took my dog here for a grooming and they called me 30 mins after saying he couldn't be groomed there and said maybe he should be on calming medication. I've never heard this from any other groomer I've went to. He's a very sweet boy and has never been told this from a groomer. They also failed to mention they cut his nail too short or his skin because when I got home I realized he was bleeding. They didn't charge me though which was expected.
My guess is, they cut him and he started to get scared because they hurt him.

bused here to get a guinea pig, was here for 2 hrs after an employee was helpful at first after i asked a question but then he finally refused to sell me it, wasted my time here, why tell me all this information but not even end up selling it to me???? are customers not allowed to ask questions anymore??

I've purchased from this store for over 17+ years. I've had fish tanks for over 25 years but the employee refused to sell me 2 tiny catfish. I drove to another PetSmart and got the exact same fish and the bill including taxes came up to $12.41. I've bought countless fish from there and other places and never returned any dead fish. Do they not trust me to care for a fish? I could have walked out with a Betta in a cup no questions asked but I already have a Betta I bought from there. (I actually rescued the Betta as it was looking pretty sick) They are ridiculous. I will never purchase another thing at PetSmart ever. I've got better service ordering fish online and way more expensive fish than I went there to buy.
I go in there to buy fish and I know what I want before I go in. I've raised fish longer than the employee has been alive. I don't need to be questioned like I'm a complete idiot who doesn't know what they're doing.
