Greedy pharmacist with extremely poor customer service skills. High dispensing cost compared to others. Some medications I pay less for other pharmacies. Very sad to say this is the last time to come there, he didn’t want to exchange the prescription as the medication had dangerous side effects that appeared with the first pill. I supported this pharmacy for long time but it seems they got rich and they don’t need customers anymore.

The pharmacist here is fantastic. He works in conjunction with patient needs and doctors prescription. He is friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I have found him to go above and beyond consistently.

True Compounding pharmacy... I use to get my compounds from different pharmacy before and every time I saw inconsistency in preparation. after switching to Medical Rx pharmacy I am getting much better result. Pharmacy team is very friendly and always delivers on what they promise. Continue amazing service in our community. You folks deserve 10 + Stars.

Compounded prescription was made quickly and fully explained to me by the pharmacist. I was able to continently send my prescription online and they called to provide a price and from there it was made in just 24 hours. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff!

Very disappointed with service. My Doctor sent prescription and they never delivered my meds, but charged me through my insurance. Gave them call back after 10 days, and meds I received are expiring after 10 days of use. When tried to talk then they said they have to charge me again to give me meds, but it’s their mistake . I got only 10 days medication instead of 1 month. My meds are very expensive and I need to use them.Hope they will not do this with some one else.Don’t know how to answer your questions, so editing my review.I have never ever said,” that I will pick up medication. We were following isolation protocol due to symptoms.clearly told your staff. Thought no one is coming to deliver my be due to our symptoms. We had phone conversation today on December 24thand I told you clearly. My prescription date was December 15, you have prepared my medication on Dec15th. Got delivered today, when I called and check back with you. No one from you were even called us?expiration date on my medication is Jan 12 /2022. Don’t know how to add pics. Your answer was , if you will prepare my medication today again then you will charge me again. Which is unfair with customers!

The pharmacist and staff are excellent. They go above and beyond to deliver pristine customer service.They call my Dr. office to sort out things for me, they follow up for refills. They always answered all my questions, even on the phone.I can not say enough!THANK YOU

No idea where these ratings originate from. Have never found an item at any Pharmasave, that was advertised in the flyer. Have been told at 3 different Pharmasaves that they are independent and don't set prices according to the the current Pharmasave flyer. One said he would gladly order the items, but I would be charged the regular price. I would never use these stores for my perscriptions.
