absolutely love these guys! the pharmacist is professional, knowledgeable, fast to respond, faxing doctors that mis-spell a prescription or wrong dosage to correct it and always wonderful in pharmaceutical emergency (running our of heart/lung medication!)
the pharmacist here is the best in London and has been taking care of myself & my family since she opened, with a warm inviting smile and a clean, friendly store that adds a feeling like a small town "everyone knows ur name" kind of treatment with the expertise and professional courtesy u would expect in the largest big-chain franchise pharmacy's.
they always make u feel like they really care about ur conditions and in my experience, hav been more helpful than the actual doctors at getting correct meds for the conditions that need treatment.

Wonderful, communicative staff who are on top of their game. I found their service to be miles ahead of the service I was receiving through Shoppers. They let me know about potential drug interactions (that Shoppers failed to flag), always gave courtesy calls about refills and renewals, and were very knowledgeable. I never had to wait long for service or refills, they were very efficient and well staffed. I would recommend them for anyone who has multiple medications. I moved cities and was so sad to leave Phillbrook behind!

Wow, amazing people who work here that I saw the last 2 days. I was so frustrated having been unable to get a prescription filled anywhere else, and so few places would return my phone calls. The 3 people here really helped me to get what I needed as quickly as they were possibly able to. I was also able to find a bit of an alternative while I waited. 10 out of 10! I will certainly return again!

Great pharmacy!Great pharmacist!Can’t wait until they are empowered to prescribe more medications. I find pharmacists often more helpful than my family dr.Edit: It has been a week since I visited and the recommendation of the pharmacist has cured my ailment. Polysporn with antibiotic for swimmers ear…..just as recommended by the very helpful pharmacist!!! Thank you!

I switched to Philbrook Pharmacy when it opened. It was the right choice! Great staff. Excellent service. The people here are always a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for an option to the big pharmacy chains, give Philbrook a try!

Ive been here twice amazing expierence with the doctor and receptionist, unfortunately Wendy the manager as she likes to yell across the clinic has terrible communication skills and only knows how to communicate by yelling including yelling at a 7 year old. Not only did she yell she decided to tell me how to parent and how she was a single mom of three and did it all on her own unaware why thats relevant other than to pump up her already inflated ego. I was beyond embarassed to be yelled at by an employee in a clinic full of printed signs talking about respect very unfortunate Wendy doesnt think she needs to give any respect. I myself stayed calm and apologized to her receptionist that she has to report to such a vile woman as her boss, probably yells at them too if shes comfortable yelling at children in public I can only imagine how she treats her employees All in all doctors are amazing Wendy the manager needs to learn better how to deal with her stresses and not yell at strangers and their kids. I think Wendy would benefit greatly with some sensitivity training and potiential anger management.

First time in 10 years i dont feel bad for being a concerned parent. Kind and friendly staff. The doctor was nice and did not rush us out though it was busy. I'm so grateful for both the staff at the clinic and pharmacy attached that helped me with my very ill children with rsv. Thank you!
