“Excellent experience picking up mailbox keys!Last week, I stopped by to pick up keys to my community mailbox. The process was quick and very pleasant. After entering the doors at the northeast corner (closer to Oxford St), I picked up a phone that was designated for key pickup. Someone answered, I gave them some details, and someone brought the keys out into the lobby within 30 seconds! Hint: use the doors at the northeast corner, because the ones at the southeast corner (further away from Oxford St) are for employee use only and are locked.”
“I had a difficult problem with a company that I had sent some materials. There was a clerical error on the part of the company. The young woman who helped did her very best, unfortunately, the time that I sent was too long ago to track. Nevertheless, she was professional, polite and patient. She kept looking for different ways to find it rather than brushing me off. I have had very good experience at this location.”
