The owner was extremely rude and not willing to help at all !!!
Do not go there for FedEx, Purolator, or UPS !!! GO to Staples just down the road. Staples was FANTASTIC !!!

Went in innocently asking if I could drop off a Purolator package, and the man who runs the office rudely cut me off before I could even finish my sentence, with an aggressive “No. I have 10-15 people in here a day asking this and I have a sign up.” I proceeded to politely apologize only to be continually berated while he shows his “sign” which, for a printing shop, is the biggest eyesore ever and would catch literally no one’s eye.
Not only was he unbearably obnoxious in his response, but he has Purolator signs hung up at the front of his shop! And his excuse as to why his google business account says he’s a drop off for Purolator is that “They won’t let me change it. And somehow this is my fault.” I don’t think people are upset that this man doesn’t have a Purolator service, they are upset at his lack of customer service and albeit bad attitude.
I would give this place a 0 if possible and this is only from a 3 minute interaction.

Very bad customer experience , the employee in store is very rude and unprofessional. I event have to de-escalate the conversation with him but I was just a customer with a simple question.
And they also indicated that just because the website said they take ups, fedex and other shipping companies drop off but because he make no money of it and he don’t want to take any drop off package.
Will never go there again and advise everyone to stay away from this store.

Last time in fact every time I have gone in this location the guy was super rude doesn’t even get out of his chair to speak to you! Last time I was there he said pretty rudely they don’t deal with packages anymore. I’m pretty sure the website still states they do. I won’t ever return there I can say that.

Go in at your own risk. DON’T drop off anything Purolator related or be prepared to be verbally accosted. If I could give a zero rating I would.

Was in the store to drop off a package. The guy behind the counter was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Barking orders and being very confrontational. Will not be going to this location again. Do not recommend. Do not go here. It is not worth it!

I needed to drop off a UPS package so I googled the closest location. Post Net popped up so I didn't think anything else of it. When I stepped into the store, I noticed the big stop sign so I started to read it to see if it was applicable to me. The man working there proceeded to tell me I was REALLY in the wrong place and said to go to a UPS location. That is fine but the bluntness wasn't appreciated and if this seems to happen all the time (maybe that is why he was so quick with a response), please update your website and your google business profile if it is so "clearly" wrong. To the public, you appear to be a drop off location. Thank you.

The absolute worst customer service
I Needed to drop off a FedEx package and I walked in and greeted the man who snaps back “we’re not a fedex drop off point. You walked right past the sign”. Well then why is there a FedEx sign in the front window?!

Very poor service.
The old man working there is very rude and arrogant.
I don’t recommend this place at all . He refused to help me with any questions and ask me to read the sign my self.

I had an unpleasant experience at this PostNet store where the staff member was unhelpful and used inappropriate language. I recommend going to the Richmond Staples instead; they offer better customer service and even have a $5 coupon for people returning.

Appalling customer ”service”. Needed to drop off a FedEx package and I walked in and greeted the man who snaps back “we’re not a fedex drop off point. You walked right past the sign”. Well then why is there a FedEx sign in the front window?! I had the misfortune of dropping off another package sometime during Covid and the second I walked in the door he barked at me to stop at the sign. Most people do not expect to stop abruptly one step into entering a storefront. Also, the sandwich boards in front of the store deliberately block off the two parking spots to the store. Go figure.
