Terri is the most amazing person! My other insurance company sent me a letter saying my rates were going up (even though I've been 4 years almost 5 years claim free) and I gave her a call and within a few days she was able to get me a rate saving $93 a month with the same coverage!! $1116 annually!! I highly recommend giving Terri a call!!!

Narsim went above and beyond to sort out what looked like a mistake in my policy. He took extra time to speak to me several times as he worked on my behalf with my insurance company. I appreciate the care and attention that went into making sure the situation was resolved. Thank you, Narsim!

This week I've had the pleasure of working with Narsim Achar.I am in the process of moving my insurance over to where my (soon to be) husband has had his for years. Narsim Achar is amazing if you have the option to deal with him through Preferred insurance. He is knowledgeable, helpful, consistent, friendly and professional. He is on top of everything and I was extremely impressed with him even calling when the office is closed and he is off.I used to deal with Allstate since I got my car until they wanted to charge an additional $100.00 per month - dealing with Narsim has been amazing!!!

Terrible broker to deal with. Used them for many years from when they were Lansdale Insurance on Adelaide St. with one claim ever! ( Small fender bender)Over a year later our policy almost tripled the amount. When we inquired about it, we were told it is what it is.... Found another broker that gave us a better deal than what we were paying onour original policy.

Hillary Knox at Preferred Insurance was Awesome, Professional, Patient , Knowledgeable and very Caring. She helped me through all steps of the way in arranging insurance for 2 new cars . She went above and beyoung her regular duties, arranging insurance on a short notice and patiently explaining everything on the way. I had and absolutely delightful experience with preferred insurance. I was referred to them by a friend and was not disappointed. I spoke with Hilary, who was an absolute pleasure. Hilary was kind, quick to take my information and get me quotes, and had my insurance ready to go within a few hours so I could pick up my new vehicle the next day.I was with another insurance company before calling and my rates kept increasing yearly for no reason. I called Hilary and she quoted me cheaper than any other insurance company - (including my original price with my other insurance).I had such a great experience I referred a friend and my partner to reach out to them so far and, when my moms insurance comes up for renewal, I will be sending her Hilary’s way.
