I took my one year old lawnmower to pryde. Major complaint was it was not getting started. I left the machine with the pryde and they said after a few days that it needed an engine replacement. The office lady said that it was completely blown off the engine. I gotta pay them 80$ to pick it back or can leave it with them for free so that they can dump it. I decided to pick it back. Paid them 80. Because it was only used a few times. Anyway I dad came for a vacation here and I let him check it. He said it was only a disconnected wire and I was totally surprised to see the machine worked perfectly.How poor professionalism the pryde did !!Never recommended to anyone !!

I requested a demo of a robotic lawnmower system in the spring of 2017. They took the time to drive an hour to my home to do a 2 hour demonstration. At the end of the demo I shook the guys hand and made a deal to buy one at their full asking price. The salesman said he would get back to me in a few days with an installation date. When that didn’t happen, I followed up and was told I would get my install date the next day. I tried one more time and finally gave up trying to contact them. I’m perplexed? I am pretty sure that after taking the time to do a personal demonstration, and me happily agreeing to buy the unit, the final outcome would be me owning and enjoying a robotic lawnmower, but sadly I don’t because they never called me back.So to recap: they do an in person demonstration, I am impressed. They name price, I agree. I followed up many times, but they never bothered to get back to me.!!!update 2023 it’s been 6 years and still not a word about my install date! Looks like they are still selling robotic lawnmowers. I still have not heard anything from this company since I agreed to buy a Husqvarna unit back in 2017. Here we are on the cusp of another summer, and I am holding out hope that one day I will get my robotic mower! I look forward to updating this review in 2024. Maybe this will finally be the year. The people who work here are extremely rude and not helpful. They offered no clear explanation of the diagnosis or the issue with my lawnmower that was only purchased two months ago. They alleged someone purposely put grass in my air filter, oil tank, etc. which caused the engine to blow. However, no pictures were provided upon request and how does this explanation even make sense? Who is out there purposely sabotaging their new lawn mower just to take it in to get fixed. They lied about submitting a warranty claim. It took them over two weeks to submit a claim and only did so after I contacted the manufacturer directly to check on my claim, to which they informed me no claim had been submitted. The next day, they indicated the repair was not covered under warranty but could not explain the reason why. I again had to contact the manufacturer directly to gather information about why the warranty coverage was denied. The manufacturer apologized for my experience and seemed very confused why I was being charged a fee of $90.00 by this company when no repair was being provided. The manufacturer indicated they would have to look into this claim further but at a minimum kindly offered me a discounted rate on parts to repair the machine. This was not shared with me by Pryde Industrial. I’m still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. In the meantime, Pryde Industrial is pressuring me to pick up my lawnmower, and pay them the 90.00 fee without service because they apparently do not have room to house my lawnmower until a settlement can be reached.Someone in a previous review said it best. Pryde industrial is where machines go to die. I would never recommend anyone use this company and can’t believe I was referred here by Midland Powers. This has been one of the worst experiences in customer service I’ve ever had.

First time calling for parts, was not adept with machines and therefore was treated with a shortness of patience. Very likely I will never be calling on again.

Bought some parts here, received them within a few days. Friendly and helpful girl working at the front, had a great experience. I recommend this place if you need parts.

Make assumptions for causes of damage that exclude warranty coverage despite multiple admissions of events leading to tool malfunction. Should have their rigid warranty centre contract revoked.

6 months after dropping off our machine for repair still not done.Spoke with Cory Pryde the owner and received nothing but poor attitude and name calling.You’re better off trying to fix your machine yourself than relying on this company. 1/5 stars and would rate lower if I possibly could.

I was just in this store to get a replacement nut for a tool. As I was leaving one of the girls working at the counter said "we hope we never see you again". I did nothing to warrant such a statement. They are very rude and I hope I never see them again!

Useless place n service . Gave them10 months ago picked up 3 times n every time same problem not shooting nails . Charged me same s new one n wasted my 10 month . While mHere other 2 ppl drop off their tool same s***t they can’t fix so they bring it back .
