Cleanliness: It was spotless clean, the tubs had disposable liners and everything was clean ,fresh towels,,new nail files etc

Don’t ever go for eyebrows wax there , they are terrible. They ruin the shape of my eyebrows completely if I can give minus I would give them!!! Never again to that nail shop. I wish I didn’t pay for the service today!

I was told on the phone one price and when I was going to pay the told me something totally different. It’s frustrating because I had a budget to do it. The Vietnamese guy and the Chinese woman they didn’t allow I talked I was trying to explain and they keep talking. They were too rude.

The staff made bad shape of my nail when I asked for round shape. What she made is not round, not square, not even. It was just odd shape that I can't believe that's done by professional. I asked her couple of times this is not close to round shape. She left me alone and went to another customer with no explanation. I started filling my nail on my own and made round shape, and waiting awhile. Seriously, I was abandoned there. Another staff came and said sorry to me. At this point, all I wanted is just to get it done and leave this ridiculous place. The new staff tried to put the colour on the top of bits of previous colour left. Also, she tried to finish up with only one layer of french tip. I went other places, so I know usually the french tip is double layered. Although my hands were full of dust from nail filling, she put the hand cream on the top of it. Other shops, they clean the hand with warm wet towel. Obviously, she doesn't know what she's doing. This is my second time there, they ruined my day. They do just bare minimum job and doesn't care about customer's satisfaction. Never going there again.

The place is clean, staff are friendly. Danny, greeted me with a smile. He is very helpful with the customer and making sure the customers are comfortable. He even offered candy and water. I have never seen this kind of service at a nail salon. Awesome service overall!Cleanliness: They clean in between service and put a plastic cover on the Pedi bowl before adding water.

First time here. They were very friendly and did a nice job. I didn't confirm the cost of an acrylic fill but the sign said $30 and up. I had a French tip done. When I went to pay the man running the store said "$45, well $50..I looked at him confused and handed a $50 bill which he took and closed the till". Automatically including a tip is not cool, and $15 for a French finish is ridiculous. I won't go back.

Bad customer service. Even after taking appointments one of their very rude staff made us wait and do not provide any answers when asked suggestions. Do not recommend this place.

they literary ripped me off. I feel so gullible for letting do that to me. I want just to get color. She filed my nail and put one color and charged me 45 dollar. no explanation given. please dont go there.Service: Manicure
