incompetent staffs we booked for flu shot on Saturday when there wait for 35mins finally the person show up with no update information can’t find the correct information he when back helping other customers leave it us without a words we leave the pharmacy without looking back for future visits.not recommended this place wonder why they get bad reviews
Finally they update they call us after 1 hour later without leave a voicemail message

most staff are very helpful and a tremendous asset to this location but some are just phenomenal and really go above and beyond "necessary" and it's times like that I hav experienced 3 separate occasions with ‐, well, a manager named "liz"

I would leave zero stars if I could. Myself and my entire family have been using this pharmacy out of necessity. They are terrible. Rude, inefficient, and ignorant. I just switched to philbrook pharmacy. Went back to pick up my child’s medication and was awkwardly put on blast by a pharmacy assistant about why I switched. The pharmacist told me I could just fill it at the new location. This place, for years, has been this difficult. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I’ve never experienced this at any other pharmacy in my 40+ years.

This is a worst drug store in Canada. I went today for getting a refill. They said they can’t do since previously I bought this from another pharmacy they need to transfer that file from other pharmacy to their store. I understand this, But Then I asked for just three pills to survive today, since all other pharmacies are closed in this area, which all pharmacies do, but they didn’t give that … consider this as a customer complaint and requesting this pharmacy management to take necessary steps please

If you can speak with the pharmacist, you’ll be fine. Everyone else is rude and intentionally unhelpful. They will say anything to get you off the phone (assuming they pick up in the first place). The staff try very hard to avoid accessing their system if you have a question.
Stay away if you have complicated or unique medical needs. They are not equipped for it.
This location always sends questions back about my prescriptions to my doctor. I usually receive my prescriptions 2-3 weeks late because they struggle to follow the doctor’s instructions. This, in turn, creates more health challenges.
None of the staff are good at managing critical back-and-forth communications. I’ve had to call back to speak to the same person twice within 10m and they pretended like we’ve never spoken before (even after verification).
Today I found out that they’ve been using the wrong fax number to contact my doctor. When I updated the number and asked if they could fax him, they said it would depend on him. I was confused because sending a fax does not require any action on the part of the recipient. Fax is an old technology, but it’s critical within the field of healthcare. This location needs to hire people who can work within industry norms.

Five Star Review! I'm in the field of addictions and I went into the pharmacy to retrieve a naloxone kit or two for an outreach we were doing that day. The kind people at the pharmacy hooked me up! I received 10 naloxone kits instead of the two I was looking for. These people helped save lives and they don't even know it. God bless! thank you for caring and going above and beyond for our community!

This is not my store I would normally go to stopped in on the way by store is not busy at all two woman behind the back counter I asked where something was in stead of showing where it is told me where it was which was wrong took me 10 minutes to find it stop being so lazy and help customers I won't go to this store at all ever again

Pharmacy staff are rude and incompetent. I routinely get over charged and have to wait well they sort it out. The women at the drop off counter acts inconvenienced to help customers or do her job. Been using the pharmacy for 10 yrs but recently it has gone downhill. I’ll be going to another pharmacy, not worth the aggravation.

All the other reviews are true. The pharmacy assistants are rude and mean, your prescriptions will nearly always be delayed, but the main pharmacist is a sincerely kind and caring person.
However, sometimes there has been a different pharmacist covering for him. This guy once yelled at me and tried to humiliate me by yelling my personal information loud enough for the whole store to hear. I’m not exaggerating at all. It was rather pathetic, honestly.

If you aren't feeling well, you'll feel worse after visiting this pharmacy. I'm not sure what it is about this location, but the pharmacists behind the counter are incredibly unfriendly and impatient with their customers.
