Christian was amazing, helped my wife and I get new phones, and made sure we were all hooked up before we left. His service was above and beyond. He couldn't find the phone I wanted after calling other stores, but got me a deal on another phone. We are both very happy with our new phones, and we would highly recommend seeing him if you can. We will definitely be going back.

employee was a bit confrontational from the beginning which calmed down after conversation was started , place was locked down like fort knox and had to show my face to a camera to even enter the store , then was told they couldnt transfer data from my broken phone to my new phone by wire data transfer , i feel like ive been lied to as other stores say they can do this and didnt feel like i had a fair chance from the start while walking into the store ........i give the workmanship and communication skills of this store a whopping one star , they are rude on the phone and dont make you feel very welcome in the store , and that doesnt look to well for a company that sells communication

Went to the store with a plan of picking up a new phone around noon during my lunchbreak. Store was closed and locked. No sign explaining why on the door. Another customer was also there and unable to go in. I phoned the store and there was no answer. I am going to have to go to another rogers store.

Not satisfied with staff , they convinced me very well, but all was lies . I got an internet connection yesterday morning, Roger's staff member he said you will get the modem sameday afternoon, otherwise next morning 100% you will get , now 2 days past, I didn't get my internet Modem . Shame on you staff member,

We visited the store yesterday to get new phones and we dealt with Arthur. This gentleman went above and beyond to help us. I have been a client of Rogers for 15 years and always get great service.

The tall blonde employee was condasending and rude to my father and I. He acted like we were making no sense, clearly doesnt know anything about company change overs, and was extremly ill mannered. I would love for him to treat his own manager like this, to see how quickly he would be fired. I should not be treated badly because I'm not canadian born!

I had the good fortune to connect with ARTHUR @ Adelaide. From the beginning he made me feel confident in his knowledge along with a straight forward and efficient approach.Considering I am in my Senior, senior years this was very much appreciated. He not only guided me in the store BUT 4 times over the phone.The end results were pleasing to my 90 year old husband and myself. Yes I have passed this information along to other SENIOR friends who require the care shown by COMPASSIONATE and helpful personnel at this store. Thank-you!
