Myself and my mom came into the store and were greeted by a Rogers Staff immediately (Juan) who was unbelievably helpful, kind, and incredibly generous with his time and knowledge. Juan took the time to ensure our needs were more than met and help us find the best option for our family.
Normally I do not leave reviews unless my experience at a given business, store, or organization goes above and beyond… In this case I can only say positive things about my/our overall experience.
Thank you sincerely to Juan for your time, assistance, and guidance :)
I will certainly be recommending this store location to all of my friends and family as both Juan and the rest of the staff was exceptional!

Horrible customer service! never been treated so poorly by employees. They basically yelled at me. Switching from Roger’s after this.

This afternoon, I visited the Wonderland Road South Rogers store to pick up my new phone. I was very impressed with the level of customer service provided by Alketa. She invested over an hour to ensure that my new phone was properly setup and that all of my settings/data/apps were seemlessly transferred. She meticulouly answered all of my questions, and I had a great customer experience.

Lex at rogers southdale/ wonderland london was amazing! I got my tablet that I have always been wanting for about 3 yrs now! Happy birthday to me! And a sim card so I can share my data with my mom, she will be able to Google and Facebook! Great to be able to connect her with family and friends
