I recently had my car serviced at Ron’s Quality Auto Centre, and I can’t recommend them enough. Before finding this place two months ago, I went through three different auto repair shops and even a private mechanic in London, all of which left me unhappy for various reasons. But my experience at Ron’s Quality Auto Centre has been truly fantastic.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and genuine care. The team took the time to thoroughly check my car and explained everything in simple terms, making sure I understood what needed to be done. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident from start to finish.
What really stood out was their honesty and transparency. They gave me a fair and reasonable estimate upfront, with no hidden costs or surprises. The quality of their work was top-notch, and my car has never run better.

Phenomenal experience with these great mechanics. After a month of frustration with my 2013 Elantra, I reached out to them to find the problem. Not only is James an expert in what he does, but he is also a great human being who cares about customer satisfaction. He made sure I understood what was going on under the hood of my car. They would be my go-to experts starting today.

This company has such a high rating for good reason. Each time I’ve brought my vehicle in, they’ve been so organized and prompt with giving me updates and estimating cost of parts and labour ahead of time. I appreciate so much that they always find ways of saving me money, and let me know what repairs can wait and for how long, as well as what doesn’t actually need repairing. Their honesty and friendliness gives me so much trust and appreciation for the way they run their business.

I trust their mechanics, the price worths their labour. But their part supplier is terrible.
I changed front and back brake rotors and pads here. Less than 10 months and 10000km, the wheel steering started shaking when push the brake padel.
Brake still worked and use it utill this month changed front rotors in another shop.

My previous mechanic is awesome, but these guys just raised the bar so much for me!
I was already wanting to go here as I came in for a few minor things that didn’t cost them much in time or any parts so they always let me just go for free! Now I came here finally for my basic maintenance and I was so pleased. It was about $20 cheaper than at my previous guy and they went and did more. I upgraded to synthetic oil and they changed my filter for me!
They also found some other issues and let me know it’s not emergent so I can take a few weeks until I get it done with no pressure to book with them. I did regardless.
Definitely recommend!!
