Was very disappointed - large posted sign in the front window .. up to 70% off. The staff knew nothingabout it and could only offer the area in the back with 25% off.

Nice product. Heather at the Hyde Park location was very friendly and polite as she advised me that yes indeed I was being charged a $7 delivery fee for having ordered online, though the item I purchased is stocked at this and all their other locations. Are Roots finances so dire that they have to gouge their customers , or do they just have a "company policy" of fleecing people? This behaviour is also discouraging 'curbside shopping', i.e. ordering online for quick minimal contact at the store. No Covid protocol. Disappointing.
