“I went to rent a small temp controlled unit. When I entered. Heather greeted me very quickly and professionally. After explaining what I was hoping for. Heather quickly gave me information on the units and sizes. She was very informative and friendly. I was very happy with the quick and friendly service. I liked that Heather wasnt pushy with over selling. She listened and heard what I was looking for.
Everything was very clean and fresh smelling.
I would definitely recommend Access Storage.

I was concerned that I would be unable to park my car in my driveway after delivery but Lex used every possible inch in the farthest corner such that I will be able to actually park 2 cars in my driveway. Lex was a real pleasure to work with.”

“Well secured and friendly. They have several smaller sizes of non-climate controlled units. It is well enough secured with lighting and security gates. Very affordable. Incredibly accommodating people to work with.”
“I went to pick up packing material and dealt with Melissa and Kent. Unfortunately they did not have in stock as previously understood by myself the quantity of what I was looking for which was 500 sheets of paper. They had quantities of 100 and 200 which added together cost much greater than the 500. Due to the confusion Melissa contacted her superior and they were able to sell me 2 @ 200 sheets and 1 @ 100 sheets for the same price as the 500. Melissa and Kent were very friendly and helpful and willing to go that extra mile. Kent even helped me to carry other items purchased out to my car. Very happy with the overall experience.”
