I had a great experience shopping at Sephora Westwood. The staff are friendly and helpful, the store is stocked and clean. Go to Sephora for sure.

Girl with the red hair that works here is extremely rude and was no help. Acted useless when I asked for help with something said she had no idea what I was talking about and was too busy dancing around and chatting with her coworkers than to help me. Please hire new staff will never be back at this location again.

Always extremely helpful and very pleasant service. It can be very busy, yet still the service is prompt. Should be your go to for makeup and fragrances!

This was my first visit to this Sephora, and unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience. I was looking at products and trying to understand what to buy when a male staff member suddenly approached me asking if I needed help. Right after that, the security guard began staring at me continuously, which made me feel very uncomfortable and judged.
Instead of feeling welcomed as a new customer, I felt watched and uneasy. No one actually took the time to assist me or explain anything. This experience made me feel bad and discouraged from shopping here again. Sephora should ensure customers feel safe, respected, and supported — not uncomfortable.

Just went in to get my favorite kiehls moisturizer (the blue one) and was going to get just the normal sized jar that’s $50 and the cashier rang it in at $90, which is the price for the jumbo sized jar, and tried to gaslight me into thinking the price changed. Cancelled my entire transaction on the spot and walked out. Insane.

Terrible Experience at Sephora Wonderland Saturday November 29th 2025, 3 pm
Shame on the Manager
My visit to the Sephora Wonderland location was nothing short of awful. The staff made the entire experience unbearable. There were about six employees swarming behind me, watching my every move like I was doing something wrong. The constant radios, whispering, and hovering were completely unprofessional and downright rude.
It felt impossible to shop in peace. Instead of helping customers, the staff seemed more focused on crowding and intimidating them.
Honestly, it was one of the worst in-store experiences I’ve had anywhere.
Except girl at the entrance so sweet

The employees were just busy talking to each other or just staring in general. Didn’t bother to even greet me or help me as I was busy finding the right aisle. The cashier asked if someone helped me, I said no but she still asked her co workers if I was lying … really bad customer service.

I love Sephora, always have! I normally come to this location since it is convenient for me. In the past I have came to shop for a cologne for my boyfriend, the lady that helped me out had a poor attitude and seemed “annoyed” at my inquiries on bottle sizes. No problem at all, everyone has a bad day.
Today I walked in to browse around since I had a gift card from the past. I had to take a phone call in the store which took me a little longer than expected to finish. I felt uncomfortable when I noticed 2 employees had been starting at me as I walked around the isles. It felt like they were keeping an eye on me? I came to cashier to pay for my products and I apologized for being on my phone. I mentioned I didn’t pay sooner since I didn’t wanna be rude to her by not giving her my full attention during my phone call. The cashier was really kind, but the other two employees didn’t bother to hide their relief when I purchased my products.
This doesn’t ruin my image of Sephora, I just don’t think I’ll return to this location.
