I have been in this Sephora several times, and by far the most helpful and knowledgeable consultant is Fatma! She is the kindest and most helpful, offers great advice and makes my shopping experience fun!

It was mine first visit with my sister, so worst experience, I never recommend this location to any one , no customer service, staff chatting with each other , I asked one of staff to help us she said I will send to someone there was a man with hat & a girl in staff they was continuously looking at us & laughing so awkward, after 15 min a lady came she was assisting us after 5 min she told us now mine break is started I will send to someone else we said ok no problem but we waited 20 minutes no one came then I asked at check out register she told I will send to someone but no one came. This location just 1 km away from us but now I visited white oak mall there staff so welcoming so good .

Dreadfully poor customer service at this location especially compared to the other locations in London. Staff standing around openly chatting with each other whilst showing zero acknowledgement of customers in the store. The Dollar Store has a more present atmosphere compared to this location. Maybe an incompetent management or lack of one?

I typically purchase online however I needed new products for the weekend and couldn’t wait for items to be shipped. I went into this location today and I was greeted by Nicole. She was more than willing to assist me with the items I was looking for and provided some recommendations and advice for alternative products as well since one of the items was discontinued (or at least the formula had changed). She was pleasant and helpful and didn’t try to oversell me on anything.I haven’t had great experiences with the other locations in the past (which is why I prefer to purchase online), however Nicole made this trip as seamless as possible. Thank you! I’ll be back to this location in the future!

I’ve come to this location a few times to shop or pick up orders I’ve placed online since it is close to my house. However, my last experience has made me reluctant to return. Last time I was there, I attempted to do the curbside pick up order because it was raining and I had my kids and dog in the car. I waited over 10 minutes and no one came out with my order. I decided to run in quickly to pick up my order instead. Obviously I was slightly irritated already considering curbside pick up is offered and no one came to my car but, what really bothered me about this experience was the person with the black hat on who “assisted” me. I gave him my name and order number and he told me he would be right back. I simply said “ok” and he turned to me and said in a snarky tone “you’re welcome.” I was really taken back by this comment. Once he handed me my order, I replied with “thank you” and again was received with “you’re welcome” in the same tone as before when I was leaving the store. This is really frustrating considering I was kept waiting for curbside pick up and then wasn’t treated the nicest once I came in the store to pick up my order. This is not how customers should be treated considering I didn’t treat the employee with any disrespect and I gave the store my business. I’d appreciate if some of the Sephora workers would get off their pedestal and treat customers with respect and stop acting like they are better than the customers because they work there.

Today me and my friend where exited to come to Sephora when a man with a black hat approached my friend while she was trying to buy the glow drops and said that it was for old people and said not to buy it. He then told me while i was checking out not to buy the item that i had in my hand because it was too for old people. He said all of this in a rushing rude manner. And on top of that he smelled like weed. Anyways avoid this person if you want a pleasant experience.

I am disappointed to give one star. But today after my work I went to this location to get my fav lipstick. And I like walking around Sephora and looking for new items. But I felt like staff was watching me, like I am gonna steal something. And one lady came to me and took my lipstick from my hand and said “I will leave it at counter for you with some samples” while I was looking around. I don’t know if she was being “nice” but I found it very offended personally and I was upset. I liked this location a lot because they have a lot of stock there but now I am uncomfortable to go back there. I hope they change it!

I’m writing this review because of my experience today at the wonderland road s Sephora. I want to thank Maddison for helping me with my purchase. I walked in and I was greeted with the typical “ hi “. I walked around over and over and honesty I had no clue what I was looking for or where to start. Cosmetics isn’t my thing and I’ve tried Sephora plenty of times only to end up returning what I purchased.This time was different. Maddison greeted me after I had already been walking around for 10 minutes and she asked “ what can I help you find today? “ and I said “ I honestly don’t know, everything!” From there on she scanned my skin, offered to try multiple brands, colours and shades of foundation, lip liners, and such.The store was full of staff but Maddison seemed to be the only one not standing around talking about her upcoming weekend or personal life. She actually wanted to help. She didn’t try to help me find the cheapest product or the most popular product instead she helped me find what was right for Me and my Skin. She was busy and from my hour spent in there she helped young girls and older ladies all with the same respect and service. She put my shades on my file and I left there today with a nars foundation, a tart foundation and a Sephora concealer. I will definitely be back for more!

Great store! Lots of products. But, the day of my graduation I went to go and get high end makeup, because why not. I ask for help with the shade range from Tarte Makeup, and she matches me with one i get it buy more stuff I get home and start on my makeup, and the foundation I swear was GREY I am more of a light ivory shade, the girl matched me to a MEDIUM-DEEP FOUNDATION. And there was only 2 hours left until I had to go to my grad. So I had to run to Walmart and get my shade. I returned to get my money back.

Half successful this time. Picked up my favourite face wash, Innisfree Volcanic Pore Clearing face wash...however, super sad that Sephora no longer carries glamglow glowstarter moisturizer:(

I've been at this particular location a few times in the last couple of months. I've never been approached to see if I needed assistance despite a few of the workers standing around talking. I always have to find someone to assist me. It feels awkward and makes me feel invisible. When I finally do get someone to assist, I feel rushed. I also find that the workers don't know much about products for mature skin. Just not a welcoming environment so I won't be visiting this location for a while unless I need to make a return.

Fantastic staff! I didn't buy anything. The store is small but incredibly clean. They had some decent brands. I moved here from another city which carried more luxury brands that I found out aren't carried in London due to the demographic here. I'll probably do most orders online. Except the first order I made is estimated 15 days for delivery. The staff told me to call as that's not normal. I pray it isn't.
