Super rude employee, Asian lady I asked her for a bag because she hands me the products without a bag after I ask her for a bag she looks at me up and down and goes “I asked if you wanted one already” as I am having a conversation with my friend and she literally did not even ask. Even if I were to not reply back if I didn’t hear she should not have an attitude she has . She does not make the bags and pay for the bags she’s an employer under Sephora. She needs to be properly trained and have the right attitude when working with customers because it already is expensive going to Sephora and spending the money. I didn’t spend $80 for her to have disgsuting tone in her voice.

I came in today feeling a bit overwhelmed by a situation I’m dealing with, but Mar was an absolute breath of fresh air. She assisted me with so much humility and genuine care—it’s rare to find someone who actually listens like that. Sephora London is a beauty go to. The selection is unmatched, featuring exclusive brands and a stunning layout. The staff are incredibly helpful and the atmosphere has great vibes. Greatfor any makeup lover—clean, well-stocked, smells lovely too.

I am in London for my husband's chemo follow up. My family is from Kitchener and I always get treated absolutely wonderfully by the staff there. When in the Masonville Mall Sephora I was ignored by several staff that were absolutely not busy. I knew what I wanted and found it. I wasn't approached until I was asked how I wanted to pay for my purchase. No customer engagement, no suggestions, no upselling. I will never purchase anything from this store again. Train your staff better.

My friends and I go to this location all the time, and have never had bad experiences until recently. We came as a group, and as soon as we entered the store we had our first bad experience with an employee-
First, we stopped near the entrance because we were looking at stuff that were right in the front and deciding where to go. An employee in a pink jacket was behind us, but she didn't say anything or ask us to move aside, just gave us a terrible death glare until we realized she was trying to pass by. We also didn't cover the entire entrance, she could have gone around us- only a 3rd was blocked by us. She proceeded to stomp past us flipping her hair at us.
I wouldnt have been upset if that was the only interaction, but my friend had a ton of makeup on her hands and we saw a sink nearby with a handwashing sign, so we assumed we could maybe use it to wash it off. The same employee marched over and slapped the tap off while my friend was mid-wash, covered in soap. She then yelled at her full of attitude that we can't wash our hands there. We wouldn't have been upset if this was done in a nicer way, we get rules and regulations, but she then marched off after declining to let her get the rest of the soap off, since it was burning her hands.
We made a complaint to the manager, who was pretty understanding of the situation but said there's not much she can do but talk to the employee, and understood this could have been done in a nicer way. Wish we could have had more piece of mind but not a terrible interaction.
We ended up leaving without purchasing anything, even though we were interested in it at first.

Manager was rude. I had surgery end of November and could not get my birthday gift. When I was able to walk again I went to this Sephora multiple times and they told me they ran out and should come back in January. I was not told about a point system and the manager kept insisting about that option but not actually offering it. Overall, told me I couldn’t get anything and that it was too late. I guess these are the struggles of a December birthday. If those are the rules fine, but the delivery was rude and unhelpful and fighting over mini test products seems ridiculous. Anyway, just frustrated with the lack of empathy.

Maggie helped me find a colour corrector and concealer today. Maggie was patient and helped me colour match to my skin tone. They also showed me how to apply the products i was purchasing and gave me useful tips. I really appreciate their help. Great employee 😁

Unprofessional behavior from the cashier at Sephora – Masonville Mall, London, Ontario when my daughter was trying to purchase a gift for me. I was standing beside her and asking about the prices of several products, as my daughter is only nine years old and does not know how to ask about product details. Despite this being completely reasonable, the cashier showed visible annoyance through her facial expressions and head movements, which made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected as customers. Asking about prices before purchasing is normal, yet her attitude was not welcoming or helpful. A very disappointing experience, especially from a brand like Sephora.

I came here yesterday and Maggie helped me find everything I wanted and even found a foundation shade for me when usually I mix em. I don't come here often but she definitely made it the best experience possible!

I went to Sephora at Masonville tonight and I walked in and was looking at the rare beauty products when a security guard kept looking at me, and the handed me a basket, I then put it down because I was only in for 2 products, and then the same security guard circled around and made it really obvious they were watching me? It felt absolutely horrible and I felt so guilty for just looking at the products I wanted to buy. I also had an awful experience at the cash and felt so ignored, rushed, the cashier was talking to another worker and literally asked me if I wanted a bag twice without actually listening to what I was saying, just an overall horrible in store experience, I am truly just disappointed and don’t know if I want to go back
