Caroline was incredibly helpful - patient, asked good questions to identify the right product, checked online when the product wasn’t in store, and rang me up with both in store and online purchase. Exceptional customer service!

Customer service was terrible.When you walk in, they act as if you look too broke to walk in. When i went to pay, the cashier lady looked like she was having a bad day and put it on me. She was pissed for no reason. I don’t remember her name, but she had really curly hair.

Sephora has lots of great make-up and the gift you get on your birthday is always nice (what a smart marketing idea too). However, an employee recently complained that the store I went to was understaffed and that's why products were a bit out of order. Also, I miss the perfume samples that Sephora used to give out pre-Covid.

Kellin (I think that was their name) was freaking amazing.Helped me find a great product, went above and beyond.They were phenomenal and very professional. Will most likely come back to this location specifically because of them.Thank you so much ❤️

I visited this location today looking to buy a gift for my friend. As I was cashing out with the product in my hand, I was aggressively approached by Kaylin who accused me of opening up a product to smell (it was previously opened by another customer to test out). I then put the product down and purchased a new one. As I was leaving the store, I noticed that Kaylin was following me with the opened product and waving it at me. I had left the store but was unsatisfied and very upset with the way I was treated after doing nothing wrong. I then went back and approached Kaylin to discuss the matter. I was yet again disrespected and felt as though my concerns did not matter. The manager then approached me and said that this goes against Sephora’s customer experience and that she would discuss this matter with Kaylin. This is not the first time Kaylin has disrespected customers in this store and she should have been let go a very long time ago. If I could rate this experience less than 1 star, I would, but that’s not possible.

If you wanna feel like you’re being watched and/or monitored this is the place… went in there today, specifically for one item… a lip product… not my fault that it’s a small item I have to hold in my hand, while looking at other items. I had one girl follow me throughout the store… while 5 different associates asked me within a minute of each other if I needed help. Maybe they were overly friendly but definitely didn’t feel friendly either

It seems like every time I go into this store I’m looked at as if I don’t belong. The “greeter” looks right at you and says nothing, and the rest of the staff barrel past you not saying a word. I don’t necessarily need help, however as someone who works in customer service, I know the value of a return customer. And when I do have a question, I’m either ignored or told they’re “helping someone else”, and proceed not to find someone who can assist. All in all I either go to the Whiteoaks location (as they are actually friendly), or I shop online, and I tell all my friends and family to do the same.

Workers are insanely rude. I was first irritated when the employees kept asking me every 2 minutes if I needed help. As I was looking at foundations an employee said to me "you may need to look for something more full coverage" in the rudest voice tone ever. I was extremely thrown off because I don't have acne or anything on my face to cover up. I immediately left the store in disgust. I now order from Sephora online but my past 3 orders have given me the wrong samples. Im honestly extremely dissapointed in this store in general

Had to come in here to get my wife some birthday gifts- all I had were some pictures to reference.. staff were not very eager to help me out and find what I needed. Dissapointed.

Horrible customer service experience. I went to exchange a brand new unopened concealer worth $50+ tax that I received as a gift at Christmas (wrong shade). I have exchanged unopened items in years past, several months after purchase, without any issue, and was informed only weeks ago by Sephora employees (plural!) that I was able to exchange at any time for colour match, if unused. When I attempted to do so today, I was treated like a criminal at the first store and at the second was told that a new 60-day exchange policy had been in effect for some time - which was never communicated to me until that moment - and that they would not exchange it.I spoke with customer service on the phone and was told that the only way I could get an exchange was if I gave the store the item, trusted them to place a credit on my online account for less than the product was worth (due to a discount having been applied at the original purchase time) and I could ONLY order online and pay extra for the difference due to inflation and the discount amount not being refunded.I will NEVER shop here again. They do not treat customers with fairness and their rigid and convoluted policies make it impossible for their employees to be able to handle their customers effectively and appropriately, not to mention they do not train their staff to let us know when such policies exist and will negatively affect us.Inconsistent. Unreliable. Downright thievery. Goodbye Sephora, get your sh*t together.
