For my birthday my grandma in her 80s took the time to actually visit this location to find me a gift and when I spoke with her about the gift she told me about her experience saying the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, without being pushy or trying to make her get things just to make a sale. My grandmother is recovering from illness and a possible stroke causing facial paralysis, making it really hard for her to want to go out, this warmed my heart to know the white oaks Sephora staff helped her so much knowing how hard it has been for her to leave her house. Plus, the product they helped her pick is lovely and was an amazing gift!

I wanted to get a gift for my mom for Christmas, and she wanted me to use her points. When I purchased and gave the phone number not knowing they didn't do the points. There was this employee named Megan at the register who helped me so much with the whole process. Thank you so much Megan and other employees! (Also this is my mom's account)

Called in to ask an employee to set aside a product to ensure my fiancé picked up the right item when he was shopping for our christmas gifts. I was told no problem after confirming we had the right one over the phone. My partner went in and was told nothing was saved. He proceeded to show them a photo of the item only to be sent home 40 minutes with the wrong item. When I called back the team was rude and said he miscommunicated what he wanted and that they don't "hold" items so the rep I previously spoke to likely never set it aside. Very poor customer service. 1/10 wouldn't recommend this location.

The most unfriendly store I have ever been in, I waited in line as they did not have a product and it said it could be delivered on us, but I got to the front and she explained that they just came in that I would have to wait off to the side I said can you ring it in? She said no I need the product. I then received the product and had to wait in a 10 minute lineup again. Well, I waited. Another employee came up and took the customers behind me to ring in but I was the next customer in line. Sad that there prices are so high but customers are not important.

I went in today feeling a bit intimidated as I needed help with buying new makeup. I am so fortunate to have had Jess help me - not only is she extremely knowledgeable but also soo nice, funny and overall made my experience so amazing. The best.

As a fella, cologne shopping can be difficult. I was very happy to have a staff member help me find my favorite brand ' Valentino Uomo'. I was assisted in how to sample colognes on cards etc. Thank you for making my experience easy.

I was absolutely baffled when I went to this specific Sephora store the other day. As a college student I’m upset to say that I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable while shopping around with friends as I have been paying products from this store for years. We walked in and immediately had 3 staff members following us around asking question after question, I felt like I was being watched the whole time and felt as if I was shopping with my babysitter. Not only that but then 4 security guards show up and 2 of them came up to myself and my 3 girl friends and said “you guys all right” and “what are you looking for” to add on they also said “what are you guys doing” all of those comments made us feel targeted because we were a group of 19-20 year old girls who were just trying to enjoy I evening off campus. I am so disgusted with how we were integrated the whole time shopping even after I bought 2 products. I have shopped at Sephora my whole life and not once have I ever had this kind of thing happen, I will not be coming back and I hope whoever is reading this can understand that you have all made a group of young girls feel like they were doing something wrong by having security talk to us. So thank you white oaks Sephora for being so unwelcoming and making people uncomfortable.

Do you pay your staff to just stand around and chit-chat??? Leaving this review while I'm still at the store. I waited around for 20 minutes, walking up and down the store. 3 employees were all standing around chatting, no one offered to help!
I finally went up and asked if we could get some help, one of the girls said "yes sure"... But do you think anyone actually came to help? Absolutely not... Waited around a few more minutes and still no help! I will take my business elsewhere!

she said are you sure?

that lady called the security on me and my friend. THAT IS SO NOT ACCEPTABLE
accusing me? for what?
such a bad experience sephora at whiteoaks that employee deserves to be fired this is not acceptable at all.

I recently had a deeply troubling experience at Sephora. The customer service was abysmal; I was treated with suspicion and accused of theft without any grounds. To make matters worse, they called security on me, which was both humiliating and unjust. I felt so wronged that I was prepared to call the police to resolve the situation. This experience has severely damaged my view of Sephora, and I am extremely reluctant to shop here again. I hope the company takes serious steps to improve their customer service and handle such situations with more professionalism.
I don't know what's her name but I'm goona go another time just to know what's her name and add it up

i had dropped in to just browse and was greeted by Raine. she was probably the most helpful, honest, and all around joyous sephora member i have EVER interacted with. i dont do google reviews but i had to come here and mention that the staff in general were so kind and helpful at this location ! Thanks :)
