Interacting with Sofia was a super enjoyable experience. She listened to my concerns about my foundation/concealer appearing cakey and led me in the right direction. What I appreciated the most was her honesty and willingness to stay within my budget. She explained to me that I have been using the wrong products for my skin type, and I feel totally comfortable following up with her if we need to revisit the issue. With her help, I can already tell that my makeup routine is going to improve tremendously. Thank you Sofia! Keep being wonderful!

Just so so rude. They ran out of nice gift cards for Christmas and they looked at me like I was from a different planet when I requested them.

Sofia was amazing to deal with, I spoke to her multiple times to help with Christmas gifts for my daughter. She was very patient and explained what would be good and what to avoid. She is so friendly and personable, definitely someone with great work ethic! Another coworker that helped keep my daughter distracted was so kind hearted as well. Thank you!!

I went into the store today, looking for eyeshadow. No one came to assist me. When I got the cashier, she was rude and pretty snooty. I tried to scan the qr code for the customer survey to send my feedback, but the qr code on my receipt won't scan. I guess you don't care what your customers think

The service I had here was TERRIBLE from multiple people, I got accused of stealing something I didn’t I just put down in a random place and forgot abt it and 2 workers harassed me and my friend saying we know you took it. They went over the cams and found where I put it and also saw that I never stole or tried to? never even got an apology ik their names too

Horrible customer service. I went with my mom and some family friends, we are six Muslim females that wear hijabs. As we walked into Sephora we felt very uncomfortable with the looks of the Sephora employees, and two were following us around during all our time there. As we walked out a blonde Sephora employee came talking to my mom that doesn’t speak English and was saying that Sephora will not want us to visit Sephora anymore because they had footage of my mom a few weeks ago stealing. I went mad on the employee and told her to show us the footages and to call the police if what she was saying was true. And when I started calling her raciest which she was and people started gathering she kicked us out without responding to any of my comments and questions. If my mom really stole why didn’t she call the police since they claimed to have footage? Did they accuse us for stealing so we don’t come back because of our hijabs? My mom 100% for sure didn’t steal and she didn’t even visit Sephora for months(since summer break) when I was with her. My mom only goes there if I take her because she doesn’t even use or know any of their products, and doesn’t go shopping alone since she doesn’t know any English. And most importantly us muslims don’t steal it’s HARAM (prohibited) we fear god!. We felt very humiliated we never experienced this racism before in any store. From now on we will shop from different stores that respect our religion, appearance, background, etc. Because Sephora obviously doesn’t.

Nice store, clean. Pricey and first sales associate walked away, perhaps not hearing us, then again, no one to be found. Last person was helpful.

I just recently graduated from make up school and have spent thousands on make up, to get a print out saying I m not aloud to return anything is unbelievable, Isn't that your moto. Lightly used in under 30 days if not completely satisfied. Guess this is not my store! Make your lighting better if you want me try it out in store first.

Dont appreciate being the only black and native person in the store not looking at anything but waiting for my neices with my arms crossed and being followed and watched by security right beside me like a lost puppy.....i get its your job but dude i wasnt doing anything not even looking at products...... way to make someone feel uncomfortable.

I was in your store this past weekend and had Megan help me, she had such a positive energy that I waited for her to be done with a different customer. When Megan had finished helping the other customer she helped me with an item I needed and a few other items she thought would help me as well. I must say as busy as the store was Megan still focused on helping me and was such a delight to work with, was very educated with the products and helping me find products that would work for me. Megan related to me in many ways and again, her positive, upbeat attitude was just what I needed. I can only hope next time I come in that Megan is working and can assist me again.

Horrible customer service experience. I went to exchange a brand new unopened concealer worth $50+ tax that I received as a gift at Christmas (wrong shade). I have exchanged unopened items in years past, several months after purchase, without any issue, and was informed only weeks ago by Sephora employees (plural!) that I was able to exchange at any time for colour match, if unused. When I attempted to do so today, I was treated like a criminal at the first store and at the second was told that a new 60-day exchange policy had been in effect for some time - which was never communicated to me until that moment - and that they would not exchange it.I spoke with customer service on the phone and was told that the only way I could get an exchange was if I gave the store the item, trusted them to place a credit on my online account for less than the product was worth (due to a discount having been applied at the original purchase time) and I could ONLY order online and pay extra for the difference due to inflation and the discount amount not being refunded.I will NEVER shop here again. They do not treat customers with fairness and their rigid and convoluted policies make it impossible for their employees to be able to handle their customers effectively and appropriately, not to mention they do not train their staff to let us know when such policies exist and will negatively affect us.Inconsistent. Unreliable. Downright thievery. Goodbye Sephora, get your sh*t together.
