The car wash subscription is a scam. Most of the shell car wash in London are closed today as they were yesterday.
On a regular day you have to drive around the city to find a shell car wash that is open; usually 40-60 minutes wait time. 67 bucks down the drain. Not renewing subscription

I arrived at 10:30 PM, while the posted closing time was 11:00 PM, but staff refused to let me join the car wash queue. The reason given was that they did not want to stay past their shift end. I explained that I was willing to wait and would leave if the line did not reach me by 11:00 PM, but I was still refused.
The refusal was rude, dismissive, and offered without any apology. Being denied service well before closing time for staff convenience is unacceptable.
I am requesting a full refund and that Shell review staff conduct and customer service standards at this location.

99% of the time, shell
wash is closed; on a one-month pass, they waste 15 days for the customer.

Consider this review as an opportunity to improve your customer service.
I visited the car wash around 10:44 PM. As I was about to pull into the lane, an employee ran (I don't want to name the employee - may be he was trained wrong) in front of my car and stopped me, saying they were closed. We had a short conversation, and he mentioned he had to close the lane by 10:50 PM. I pointed out it was only 10:46 PM and that there was just one car ahead of me (with another already moving inside the wash). Despite that, he refused to let me in, saying he needed to close by 11 PM.
It was disappointing, as I arrived well before closing time and should have been accommodated. I’d kindly request management to review the camera footage, as I’ve noticed on several occasions that the car wash closes earlier than the posted hours, even when no vehicles are waiting.

Today around 11am after getting gas for my car. I went inside the store to use washroom . I found there's only ONE washroom there that is unisex washroom. So I had to line up to wait. There was a men line up before me. A few minutes later , there was a man came out , he talked with the man ahead of me with unusual face expression. Then the man ahead of me went inside the washroom , a few minutes later the man went out with unusual face expression also.
Then it's my turn, I went inside the washroom, it was horrible dirty, that's my whole life in CANADA and USA for more than 30 years , never sew a washroom disgusting dirty like this I wanted to leave, go to somewhere else, but I can't hold anymore, I was really difficult to quickly finish using it.
After I got out the washroom I told the cashier that is very very dirty , it looks like in a poor country.
I feel bad about this experience, this shell station design not good the store is big enough there are plenty of space for merchandise but only ONE unisex washroom .
I have been to so many other gasoline stations I always see TWO washrooms 1 is for women 1 is for men.
From now on I start to pay attention which brand of gasoline that is only ONE washroom there , and which one is dirty . I have never pay attention about washroom because I have no bad experience about it.
I hope no one has this kind of experience as me.

Stopped going here six months ago. Three cars always filled at this location. Went by again recently and it took many attempts to get my car filled. Overpaid for gas but could not get a refund on the pre-overpayment from the overly polite attendant. Shell is now very untrustworthy, assuming every customer is a thief, yet the reverse is true. Will avoid this company and their ridiculous attitude. Shell, you have fallen a long way.

They don't clean the area near the car vacuum machine. I found 3 nails near the area when I was cleaning my car. Although I garbage those nails but still 1 nail got into my tyre, which cost me 80$ to repair my wheels. Seems like they have laid nail traps on the gas station.
Can't trust this gas station again. Never gonna visit this gas station again for any gas filling or Vacuum.
