It’s a typical store to scam customers in their service. They charged for car wash and there was no soap. I had to wash my car without soap. The owner was rude and was keep on saying, ‘ I don’t know and I don’t want to talk’. He neither gave me a second chance nor refunded the money. Terrible, stay away from these scammers.
I got scammed again on 02nd Jan, the staff didn’t let me wash my car as he said the tablet is dead. I paid for the ultimate washes and wasted my money. Terrible. Never recommend.

Tire inflator nozzle doesn’t fit the tire valve and leaks constantly. I tried this morning to no avail and talked to the attendant, not about the waste of time and $2.50, but the management should know there’s a problem she didn’t seem to care…

Absolutely ridiculous. I tried to pay for gas using my Perkopolis discount. The employee literally took my phone to read the discount on the Shell app — and still refused to honor it. Completely unacceptable and incompetent. Avoid this location.

Very bad services and car wash damage my car's paint and when I open the claim about that , they ignored my claim many time without talking any action. I will open the claim in the court if they didn't reply to me or take action . Very very bad

They really need to do something about those paper bags because the handles keep falling off which defeats the point of having a bag. I don't mind having to pay extra for bags but not when it's worse than Petro's free alternative (as I say that Petro will probably also get rid of plastic bags just to make everyone's life that much more miserable). Also, they used to have more variety in options for energy drinks not long ago but I can already notice the shelves getting homogenised. I genuinely wish they would shelve better products again such as Aussie Style Lemonade Monster but chances of that happening is literally zero. Our expectations for you were low but you somehow failed to meet even that. Pathetic.

Got yelled at for wanting to buy beer after 11PM. Honestly, didn't know about the store policy and attendant was with another customer when it happened.

Not great service!!! Paid by debit for air as we desperately needed it. Went to tell the clerk that air doesn’t work. No air is coming out. Though it was only $2.50 he didn’t understand what I was saying. He kept telling me put money in it should work. I kept telling him I paid by debit and NO AIR! Then he said it doesn’t take your money if it doesn’t work. He clearly doesn’t understand the motor runs but NO AIR! Very frustrating!!! He should have come out to see and understand what I was saying and put a sign on it saying out of order.
