“For the most part, it's pretty straightforward. Get in line and let them know at cash that you're shipping Purolator. It would be nice if they had an actual counter of some sorts in order to avoid the regular line which can get backed up a bit at times. Especially during the shopping happy hours. Otherwise not the biggest hassle.”

I had been shipping packages all week at other locations and the service was nothing like what I received here. The staff was pleasant, helpful and a huge shout out to Saksham who carried ALL of my boxes out of my vehicle for me and took care of the rest in preparation for shipping. (I had also learned it was ONLY his 1st DAY!) WOW!”

“Before posting my review, I have read some really bad reviews written here. I have to say, I come back because my shipments are delivered on time, always. This time, Michael has helped me with overnight/fast delivery by requesting a pick up in another city and delivery to me. I didn’t mention this to him, but I was turned away by the UPS store saying they couldn’t do it. That I had to do it online. I went and asked for his help. Not only he provided the help, he made sure the instructions were clear in the email he sent to the person who was responsible of sending the documents and sent me the tracking number. When I received the courier at home, minutes later he called me to make sure I received the package. I truly appreciate his efforts on making sure I received these important documents. I don’t know him personally but the least I did is notice his name on his name tag. Thank you Michael and God bless your business. People should also remember that the treatment you receive is a reflection of what you give. ;)”
