Once again, called at a time when they were "less busy than usual" - Sat. morning, 10AM to find out if my scrip was ready - gave up after being on hold 29 mins with no response. It is ALWAYS like this at this location. The muzak stopped and my call 'rang through' 5 times, only to be bumped back to muzak once again. Frustrating. Answer your phones, people.

Was standing in line and the cashier went over to another cash by the electronics. She left us standing there and after a few minutes rudely yelled over to us that it was closed at that cash until someone came back from break. Light was on indicating it was an open cash.

Pharmacy does not answer the phone and don’t fill faxed prescriptions. Have to literally go down there and wait.

The pharmacy staff need to be more detailed oriented and more empathetic towards customers. Jerking around a young woman on anti-psychotics and anti-anxiety medication is criminal. How many mentally ill people are living on the streets this winter because they are scared to get their medication from this pharmacy or cannot afford it because of billing errors made by pharmacy staff ? This pharmacist should be ashamed of his staff and should be investigated.

I received out from both pharmacy and the beauty department and both employees I spoke with went above and beyond their job description as well as the pharmacist, went above and beyond I don’t know why there seems to be so many low and negative reviews because the store every time I’ve gone to i have received the best service

It's a nice location, my usual place to go but the negative reviews comes because of this this cashier on the receipt who assisted me with the purchase makes me want to use the self check out, everytime my family and I go shopping here she's very hostile, and gives dirty looks, I don't know why this person is like this but if they don't like speaking with customers then this is not the career for them, please guide this person because we weren't treated fair.

The reason for the ignorance and disrespect from the employees in the Shoppers is all because they are Loblaws now whether they don't know about medication are they just give you too much in the first place or they don't send it to you when you need it after surgery these guys fell through all aspects we need to live with less stressful situations so we can be healthier stay away from this place go to the other ones on Commissioners much better

I've never seen a group of employees who care less about their jobs or the customers.I called five times in a single morning to try to refill a prescription, only to be left ringing for 10 plus minutes every single. On the last time they finally did pick up after 10 minutes of bringing, but I was already in my car driving to the store, just to request to have a prescription refilled, not even to pick anything up.I told them that I will be at the store in a few minutes anyway so don't bother and I'll speak loudly since they clearly can't even hear a phone ringing.When I did get to the store I was just met with the lazy snarkiness, and the phone was ringing the entire time I was there, waiting in line and conversing with the staff; About 15 minutes total. There was at least one guy in a white lab coat sitting behind the counter doing literally nothing at all and didn't make a move to get up and answer the phone.Whoever isn't "managing" this place should be taught with the word means. Just getting my prescription refilled was such an unnecessarily and unprecedentedly painful part of my day, and for no reason other than human laziness. Why would these people even hired?This pharmacy is literally worse than useless, it actually impedes you on your goal to get your prescription.

It's was very bad service and they don't explain why they don't accept other stores discount prices because iams seniors who don't have a lot of money to spend and refuse to give me my points and discount

They heavily promote Passport photos. Some electedTo get them done there. Staff says the equipment had been broken for weeks and perhaps months. So maybe take down your promotional material??

Staff of this shoppers is very careless, They told me to wait for medication for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes when i asked, they lost my prescription and medication was not ready. They told me to wait again for 25 minute.

Favorite Shopper's in London. I had the most enjoyable time shopping at this store today, I know I can always find everything I need here. There are lots of new products to try and the employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Morgan in Cosmetics you have definitely found your calling thank you so so much for all of your patience, advice and product suggestions.

I purchased Apple Air Pod Pros on Friday. They weren’t working properly out of the box. I returned to SDM and was told that I had to deal directly with Apple. After attending the Apple Genius Bar I learned that my Air Pods WERE FAKE. SDM told me to call the 1-800 # to rectify the problem. I returned to this SDM and had the young girl go thru their Air Pods. 1 came up with the same serial number as my fake Air Pods. I am waiting for a call back from the manager to see how they will deal with this problem. I will update this review once I have heard from the Manager with a resolution.
