I visited showcase today, April 9th. to do a return Saltan was amazing in helping me and seeing my reasons for my return. I was so pleased with his help I did more shopping with my return. I for sure will be back.

The employee working this evening Mar 11 2024 was very awesome amd friendly and working by himself.
Greeted all the customers as soon as we entered and worked with all of us in a wonderful timely manner.
That employee rocks...I didn't buy anything eith my little one amd we were checking out the pokemon packs and prime drinks and we were thanked for coming into the store and all...awesome and amazing

I bought 2 onsies for christmas presents and they tried them on and they did not fit. I was told on the phone that due to them being opened, i could bring them in and get store credit. I brought them back with the receipt to get store credit and was going to purchase something else only to be told that once the onsies are opened, they are final sale. How are people supposed to know if things fit if they dont try them on. Therefor the package has been opened and this store has now stolen money from me. They need to inform their customers of this procedure when they buy the clothing so they are aware that once its opened, you can kiss your money good-bye!!!

I recently visited Showcase and had an incredible experience, all thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by employee KAYLA. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding a back brace and a slime kit for my daughter.KAYLA stood out for her kindness, courtesy, and extensive knowledge of the products in the store. Her willingness to go the extra mile truly made my shopping experience exceptional. KAYLA is the ideal model for how customers should be treated—she is a valuable asset to the team.I strongly believe that KAYLA deserves recognition for her exemplary customer service. A promotion, raise, or any form of acknowledgment would be well-deserved. I highly recommend Showcase, especially with employees like KAYLA who set the standard for exceptional customer care. Stuff is cool, as seen on YouTube or tik Tok. Prices aren't bad especially when they have sales. Great for gifts. Unique stuff sometimes seen on Amazon but can sometimes be cheaper.

I bought a mystery bag for $18 that said CANDYS and there were other mystery bags that said CANDYS AND TOYS I only wanted the candys. So when I bought the mystery bag it came with 2 toys and 2 tiny candys and when I tried to return it they said it’s final sale when no one said it was final sale before buying it. The receipt doesn’t even say final sale either. I wasn’t even able to return the items individually. THIS STORE SUCKS

The old woman with the large, 80's style hair was extremely rude when my partner and I were looking at plushies today. I was touching some of the plushies, as one does, to see which one I'd like. She came over beside me, rearranged one of the plushie rows, then said to her co-worker at the till (young girl with long brown hair) "I hate when people poke everything, it drives me nuts". Uhhh, okay. If you would like us to stop touching things, simply ask. But you know that people usually buy plushies and like to touch them first. We were not messy, and everything was left where it was originally. Extremely rude, and of course she decided to take over the till when we went to pay. Tried to be sweet and upsell even though we didn't make eye contact or try to make conversation back.Their plushie selection is excellent, and the store was easy to navigate, but the sour attitude of the worker really ruined the experience. We won't go back.
