I bought an expensive mattress in May 2024. The delivery guys scratched a whole under it. I had to call and they arranged exchange. The new one came, I found out there was a piece of plastic or candy paper or something sewed under one of the buttons on the surface. When I touch that area, it sounds like lying on a dry leaf. So I called again. They said someone will follow up. I sent a video showing the funny area. One month later, a woman emailed me asking me to send 5 pictures of the frame, the boxes surface, the mattress blablabla. This company is getting hopeless. The system is getting too big for them to serve any real person.
This is the 4th expensive mattress I have got from Sleep Country Canada, and it will the absolute the last one from them.

Bad experience. They are happy to sell you a mattress but when you have any issues that need resolving they do not care. Terrible customer service.

A well-maintained mattress and bed store. They have pillows, sheets, duvet, and even a dog bed. The staff there are wonderful, especially Al; he has extensive knowledge of various types of mattresses and always finds the right mattress based on your questions.

Derek was great help found the bed I wanted great pricess was very patient and understanding would recommend Derek to customers very knowledgeable thank you for your great help wish you well in working for Sleep Countryi also had problem with payment I did not realize my floor limit and when they put payment throughout half was payed called bank they authorized the balance and to any one who has a problem with payment it up to you too call bank as the bank will straighten out the problem with company if I was to read some off the reviews it would put me off buying from sleep country please take the time to check your limit for buying it up to you not the sales man just a friendly peace off advice to make thing go easier in buying your bed

Well I did a great review on sleep country sales person too be sent wrong matress I did contact the customer service dept sent picture they say they will be in touch with me in 1 day . I hope so as I am unable to sleep on the matress they sent , it would have been nice if they had called from wear house or customer service first then may be I wouldent have to go through hoops to get exchanged so sad it take one person to make the mistake then 2 too 3 people to fix hears hoping it will be fixed moira

The service bat the beginning was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. But when it came time to purchase the mattress that's when it went down hill.We tried to put a down payment on our debit card (twice $143 & $150) because the Derek told us that it didn't go through because of their "new system" so we went to pay it on credit which was accepted with no problem. The following day we noticed that the two payments were taken out of our debit account. We called back to let them know and to see if they can refund us the money back. They said that they could and it would take about 2 weeks for the return... Two weeks later and still nothing. We tried calling again and they told us that they were going to look into it, and return our call in an hour. It's been 2 days since...Ended up calling corporate they said we can return the money no problem but needed to provide bank statements to prove that it wasn't returned. Even though when we called them they noticed that it wasn't returned to us.We are now having the our bank deal with these people to get out money back.If you're looking to buy a mattress do not buy from here. Save your money and go to a different store.

Had a great experience buying our new mattress, however we were charged a deposit twice (for $143, and $150), which has since still not been returned! We have returned to request the balance in store twice, and have called twice since Mar. 10th, and have still no development. Calling corporate resulted in them acknowledging the two payments, and then asking me to provide bank statements showing the payment had not been returned! Blown away. Absolutely ludicrous.

Took delivery of the $2400 matres and box spring. Less than 6 months and the mattress has sunken springs, I weight 150lbs with clothes on. Warranty dept is a well designed run around to ensure you just give up. Why buy a mattress anywhere else? I have many reasons now. Worst experience in years.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Derek. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely professional and made finding the right mattress and box spring easy. Don't waste your time going to other stores.
