After so so much flip-flopping and deliberation we bought a mattress today. Robert was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I loved his approach and could tell the 18 years of experience made him a master advisor. I appreciated his knowledge and the way he evaluated how my spine was aligned on different mattresses. He then gave me a great deal and no haggling was required.Will update review if the rest of the process isn’t five star.Update - delivery was seamless and we are happy with our new bed.

Farid assisted me at the Fanshawe Park Road West location. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and patient. He answered all my questions in-depth and provided me great confidence in my purchases. Farid makes you feel comfortable through his incredible customer service and highly courteous and professional demeanour. I recommend to anyone that visits this location to speak with him. Thank you so much, Farid! I will come to you with any Sleep Country need from now on!

Sales fellow was helpful in helping us choose our new mattresses. During checkout there was a problem with the new computer system that had us standing around for 40 minutes while he was on the phone. Mattresses were to be delivered the following week and we were given a 12 hour window of 9am -9pm and no one showed up or called. Had to call next morning to hear they didn't know what happened and would get back to us, also rescheduled for the following week. We were given same spiel of 12 hour window, so day before I called and insisted on a reasonable window of time. Delivery came as supposed to this time,they were pleasant and had stuff set up pretty quickly. They accidentally brought 2 king mattress covers and said call store to exchange. Called the store and he told me weren't charged but as I checked my receipt it was clearly on our bill, now I'm having to go back to the store where the same sales fellow seemed bored and annoyed at the situation. Shuffles through the receipts and non plussed, hands me the cover. No apologies for all the inconveniences or explanation of why we had to waste 2 days waiting for our delivery and go pick up something that should have been delivered. I don't need anyone to kiss my a$$ but seriously an, " I'm really sorry about the mix up" would have gone a long way. I know we won't be returning to that location

I had to cancel a order that I had placed a $580 deposit on due to an illness in the family. I cancelled the order Jan 17th and was told it would take about 2 weeks for my money to be mailed to me via cheque. The gentleman that was helping me was amazing, kind and caring. His co-worker told him that the cheque was the only option and flat out refused to even humour any other alternatives as the debit system was glitching and not processing my refund. It has been 14 business days and after calling today and getting the very rude and dismissive customer service agent on the phone I was told the order was refunded by the book keeping department Jan 28th. I am in tears, normally this would not be a big deal but with the bread winner of my house hold being ill it is!!!! I am devastated and will tell everyone to avoid sleep country like the plague. I called customer service and they told my basically I was sol. This is my first time writing a review ever but I am honestly devastated and furious.

The sales guy wasn't pushy, he was very friendly and polite which I like .I knew what I wanted and he didn't disappoint us by showing mattresses we didn't want to look at .We are happy with our purchase so far ..would recommend this place

In store experience was good, covid protocols followed appropriately. Salesman was professional and not pushy. We purchased a $2500 mattress (before discounts), delivery included. We were promised a 3 hour advance phone call before delivery. Barely 1.5 hours in advance of delivery a call was made while on another call. No message was left. No other attempt to call was made, this made the delivery timing a bit of a surprise and delivery person seemed dismissive of the issue. The mattress so far has been great, if not for the delivery issue could have been 5 stars buying experience.

We have always had great in store service. But Sleep Country must be subletting out their delivery services to other providers. From not receiving a call with a delivery time window and waiting all day only to receiving a text message saying our mattress had been delivered when no delivery had been made. The icing on the cake was having two delivery personnel that clearly have no place dealing with customers! Delivery and taking ownership of any new item is the last impression that is left with the customer and how they were treated by a company. Sadly in this instance it was a very poor last impression!

A catastrophic experience. This store is good to take your money but does not care about the customer service at all. I ordered a mattress and a box spring that were supposed to be in stock and delivered two days later. The delivery never arrived. I had to call everyday for 10 days, going back and forth between online services. The delivery was re-scheduled. Again, cancelled the very morning, without notice. Again, hours with the customer service and always the same answer: we do not know what happens. No alternative offered, such as a different bed. The staff at the store was useless: never answering the calls, and when doing so, simply telling me that it was above their paycheck and they could do nothing. I eventually had to cancel my order - which was also a very difficult process. TO AVOID!!!

Great staff, lots of selection, and competitive pricing. Chris was super helpful and let my wife and I take our time deciding. He and Rob worked around our schedule to have the whole bed delivered and set up for us. Thanks guys!
