I bought a 1300 bed when it was delivered it was the wrong bed. I sent it back they sent me a $700 bed it took over a month of me calling many time’s asking about my $535 that they owed me. It was a dam nightmare. Customer service was awful.

I placed an order for a headboard/footboard online. The order was placed Jan. 18, 2023. It was shipped to the nearest FedEx facility Jan. 20, 2023. It sat at the facility for 2 weeks. Sleep Country gave me a tracking number for something else saying it was delivered. Not my address and not my item…unless a headboard and foot board fits in a parcel the size of a folded up newspaper. (According to picture of delivery). They kept giving me the wrong tracking number. Sleep Country did not include my apt number. I got a phone call to confirm my delivery address, which I did within that day. Several days later and many, many phone calls and confirming my delivery address, they would tell me I have to call FedEx…they aren’t responsible-their supplier ships it to call Sleep Country. After a whole lot of time spent on the phone daily-minimum of 2 phone calls a day to Sleep Country and online chat daily, after over a week, I finally asked the person on the other end-what is my address you have on file for me. He gave me the address without the apt number. NO…you need the apt number. Please add it. That was FINALLY corrected. By the time it was corrected, FedEx sent my order back to original sender and still have not received my order. Every time I talk to them, they’re going to get back to me and NEVER do!! It’s Feb. 8 and still no bed….still not resolved. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM SLEEP COUNTRY!! If I could give 0 (zero) star rating or minus, I would. The worst service EVER!!

We had absolutely wonderful service at the Londo Warehouse today. Very helpful and accommodating. We picked up initial order, which we then found out that we made a mistake and had to go from a double yo a queen. We were fine with an exchange because we needed the mattress today. They had one and they gave it to us for the price of the double.Matt, you were awesome! Thank you so much for getting everything completed for us so quickly. Cannot say how wonderful this employee is. He is a keeper—-dont loose him.Great job!!!Highly recommend using this Company.
