Despite some trepidation about the industry, Jeff W overcame my reservations and provided an amazing experience. (Maybe life altering?)
He answered all my questions, suggested the ideal path to recovery, and put me at ease. I wish I'd given them a visit sooner, as relief can start immediately. He helped me understand my Plantar fasciitis, and understand that orthotics are a tool but not necessarily a lifetime commitment.
They have expertise, top notch facilities, and I felt like a patient, not a customer. It's easy to recommend them.

How wonderful to meet Diana who treated us to her vast knowledge and friendly personality while evaluating both my husband and me for replacement orthotics. Not only did she explain the procedure as it progressed, but introduced us to the 3-D laser scanner, which provides all required information to build the orthotics. She answered our questions clearly and was extremely patient. We came away having practised some foot and leg exercises to help our individual needs. Of course, Sole Science has a variety of footwear and socks (including compression) from which to choose the ideal comfort for the client’s continued easy mobility. Highly recommend!

I thought I would have to buy another pair of orthotics because my pair were three years old and I sensed my foot had changed. Kathleen added some material to the arch of my orthotic and that addressed the change in my foot's architecture. So simple a fix but extremely effective and she said no charge. That doesn't happen very often today .

Had my appointment today with Colin to get new orthotics. Colin is taking the time to send my physiotherapist an email to update him on the appointment and to my family doctor to request a prescription. Today, Colin went above and beyond the call of duty to provide a holistic approach to ensure all medical practitioners are in the loop regarding my care.

I had a very positive experience with Colin at SoleScience today. Colin is extremely knowledgeable, and explains everything well; offering suggestions for my set of circumstances. The staff there are all very friendly. I highly recommend SoleScience for orthotics. I previously went elsewhere for orthotics and it was far less favourable. I can't say enough about my experience!
