Short haired woman behind the counter was very rude. Ignorant to be honest. I have spent thousands at this structube in the past and was looking to do the same for a new house we are getting, but if that's how the employees talk to customers, I'll go elsewhere.

Structube sucks, worst company ever to deal with. Do not stand behind their cheaply made products. Might be a Canadian company but everything is cheaply made and no quality control bed came damaged and missing holes to screw rails in. Would not refund money or pickup damaged bed. Make you jump through hoops in hopes that you give up. Don't waste your money, IKEA furniture is actually better made. CBC News: Marketplace should do a story on this company, tons of complaints online. Save your money and shop at a store that makes quality products.

I ordered a dresser and bedside table for my toddlers room when it finally arrived we put it together and noticed a strong smell, I used my VOC chemical reader giving off strong readings . The dresser unit was clearly not properly sealed after being sprayed. Customer service won't help every single time they ask another question it resets the clock on waiting another 3 days to get a response and the question were already answered in the original submission so they are clearly wasting time. The dresser has stunk up my toddler room I've had to remove him I'm pregnant and having this unit in my house is dangerous and they won't do anything about it! Beyond disappointed!! Will never shop at structube again. Terrible customer service selling toxic and dangerous products!

Wow! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Almost comical.One particular individual is just horrible to deal with. Short haired person with a terrible attitude. We visited on a Sunday. I am confident we are not the first to point this person out. Very straight behaviour when working in customer service. Seemed very put off by basic questions. We usually visit the wonderland location where the staff are friendly. Won't be back!

All the bad reviews of this store are accurate. Do not shop here. I bought a wall tapestry and when I opened it up out of the package at home, it stunk of pure mildew. My husband went to return it and they refused to give us a refund within the 7 day window unless it was with the card I purchased it with. No store has a policy like this.They also take ages to order a product into the store and so many of their items are out of stock for about 4 months at a time.

Went into this facility to purchase a coffee table. The customer service was horrible. I felt like I was bothering the 4 staff members behind the counter when I asked for help, after not being acknowledged while they were chatting.I will summarize this by saying, due to poor customer service, I walked away from a product I came to buy.

This location really needs a new secretary, how does someone get to be in charge of business communications but doesn't even read what they send out LOL. An AI program would do better than the person being paid to do this work

My wife went into the store today to look at dressers. She was the only one in the store and not one of the 3 employees offered any help. She approached the desk the 3 employees were standing at together and inquired about a dresser she saw online. They said they didn’t have it. End of conversation. She then asked if they had something similar so she could at least see the quality. They said there may be one in the back corner and pointed in a direction. Not offering any help to locate it. 3 employees, 1 customer in the entire store, and this is how the service was. I would suggest shopping elsewhere where business is appreciated. It’s actually shocking this store is profitable.
