Wow! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Almost comical.One particular individual is just horrible to deal with. Short haired person with a terrible attitude. We visited on a Sunday. I am confident we are not the first to point this person out. Very straight behaviour when working in customer service. Seemed very put off by basic questions. We usually visit the wonderland location where the staff are friendly. Won't be back!

All the bad reviews of this store are accurate. Do not shop here. I bought a wall tapestry and when I opened it up out of the package at home, it stunk of pure mildew. My husband went to return it and they refused to give us a refund within the 7 day window unless it was with the card I purchased it with. No store has a policy like this.They also take ages to order a product into the store and so many of their items are out of stock for about 4 months at a time.

Went into this facility to purchase a coffee table. The customer service was horrible. I felt like I was bothering the 4 staff members behind the counter when I asked for help, after not being acknowledged while they were chatting.I will summarize this by saying, due to poor customer service, I walked away from a product I came to buy.

This location really needs a new secretary, how does someone get to be in charge of business communications but doesn't even read what they send out LOL. An AI program would do better than the person being paid to do this work

My wife went into the store today to look at dressers. She was the only one in the store and not one of the 3 employees offered any help. She approached the desk the 3 employees were standing at together and inquired about a dresser she saw online. They said they didn’t have it. End of conversation. She then asked if they had something similar so she could at least see the quality. They said there may be one in the back corner and pointed in a direction. Not offering any help to locate it. 3 employees, 1 customer in the entire store, and this is how the service was. I would suggest shopping elsewhere where business is appreciated. It’s actually shocking this store is profitable.

I have been in and out of the store, trying to find furniture for my son’s bedroom struggling to decide. I purchased online originally out of convenience oneday. When I went to the store again, after being indecisive, I spoke to Sandra and she informed me that my order was due to come in the next week and that I could open the box, make sure I wanted it before I took it home.Sandra texted me the day it arrived. Took me to the back of the store to show me the product. I loved it and kept it. She also helped me buy a bed for my daughter and went out of her way to get another store to send pictures of the product so I would have a better idea of what it looks like in person since it was not on display in store.I am a big lover of structube, many products in my home from this store. They are good quality for the price and great pieces BUT I will remain a loyal customer because of the amazing service Sandra has provided to me.

Once again, l found the manager less than helpful. I asked about a desk and she said it didn't come in wood but others did. Then she just walked away. Didn't offer to show me other options. Could careless.The other staff was kind enough to ask if we need assistance. I've had two less-than-friendly experiences here. I would rather visit the Wonderland south location.It's too bad, I've been a big supporter of Structube since it's originally from my hometown of Montréal.

I have now tried to leave a review on Structube's website 3 times and after I submit it says "submitted for review" but is never published. We purchased the Clarence king bed online about a year ago and the legs have since completely given out and are now useless. I contacted customer support numerous times who insisted I had moved the bed and therefore damaged it myself, which is not the case - the bed has not even been rearranged within the room its in. Even if I had moved the bed I'm not sure how an $800 bed would be expected to not be durable enough to withstand being moved. The point is they will offer no type of refund or even just send replacements of the legs at least. It's upsetting as I really have loved all my other structube furniture but won't be purchasing from them from now on. I have heard a lot of terrible stories from them but thought I was just lucky until now.

Purchased 3 stools from this location, picked them up brought them home. We do not live near this area. One of the stools was missing the hardware. They then sent us the wrong hardware 2 times. We ended up having to go back to the store because the staff couldn’t figure it out. The staff made it clear that they did not care. Customer service was awful.

Staff aren’t very approachable. Furniture is beautiful and reasonably priced. Unfortunately due to lack of customer service wasn’t able to inquire or make any purchases. Just purchased a house in area and was hoping to furnish it. Urban Barn has amazing customer service, definitely worth the additional cost.

Just left store. Had to ask staff how to replace some bed pieces. Pieces were old, we were willing to pay for them just needed to know the process. They were rude and dismissive when answering questions. Made my husband and I very uncomfortable so we left the store right away with a bad taste in our mouth. I often buy from this store, but may stay clear. Really sad about the customer service.

Sells items damaged and states it brand new and refuse to deny it was a returned item. I found excessive fingerprints on the furniture when I brought it home. Looks to be examined before a hasty return. The exact item I bought earlier came in box. The manager states some fabricated lie to say it’s eco friendly less package. That sneered comment I decided to never set foot in this store again. It has nice furniture but terrible customer experience.

I brought a rug was on final sale I don't why... i was in hurry then when I tried at home it didn't match my furniture ,I tried to return it after few hours ...they refused to return it or even exchange it or even giving me a credit !!!..how come I can return the same item after 70 days if I buy it online and in the same price !!! At least if it is on final sale it should be cheaper ...it is a rib of . It will be the first and last time at their shop maybe they won few hundreds but they lost many costumers!!

We bought several pieces of furniture including a metal queen bed. first, there is a big scratch on the head board face, and there are some white paint on the scratch. Obviously this is a returned bed without inspection. Since we are starting new AirBNB business for the house, time is very important in this nice season. We got everything ready only waiting for these furniture.So my husband did not stop assembling. He thought as long as we can use, we didn't want to bother it. Then even worse and really surprising, he found double pieces of hardware F but with no any G!!!. Nothing of G, then its impossible to put the bed together and make it useful.I sent the store an email with photos yesterday, then called the store three times this morning but nobody answered the phone. I am still waiting for the response, not sure when I can get this resolved. Seems I have to buy another bed from different store but I am not sure where I can get a bed that can ship immediately.
