Gus was great to work with. Wonderful communication and sorted out any hiccups along the way in a timely manner. We've gotten our last few vehicles from here and we plan to come back when it's time for the next one.

Amazing service and all around great experience! I would recommend buying a vehicle from That Car Place to anyone! Gus and Mohamad went above and beyond to get me a safe and affordable vehicle. The positive feedback and reviews here show just how great of service they offer. While in the office I noticed how many awards they have won for being the best at what they do.

Had them change a bearing and control arm on my car I couldn't fix myself at home. Were very fair priced and honest. They installed parts I supplied. The bearing was faulty. I had to get it switched out and reimbursed from the supplier. Could have charged me for 2 hours of labour the second time but only charged me for 1. Will be taking my cars there from now on when I need the help. Thanks Vince, Kirk and little John ;).

I had a very pleasant experience in purchasing our truck from Gus. He wasn't pushy and left us alone on the lot to look at the vehicles that were there. When it came to the purchasing process he was very helpful and patient with us and everything went very good. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle. Do not get a car from here unless you want problems and disrespect. The service team is absolutely garbage and treats women like trash. How stereotypical lol its okay I'll make sure no one in London ever goes here again.
Please feel free to contact me directly- gives no extension or phone number at all. You dont actually want to help you want to make yourselves seem good and that's it !! Its been 3 months of asking RESPECTFULLY FOR MY AIR CONDITIONING TO BE FIXED FOR OVER 3 MONTHS AND BROUGHT THE CAR IN TWICE FOR YOU PEOPLE TO ONLY WASTE OUR TIME MULTIPLE TIMES. The person in office told us to wait outside in the cold weather. I don't know if they don't have a wait area and seats were available but I don't want post the way my wife and I felt but the guy seems to be a .... So sad. We even waited for over 4 minutes outside as was requested by the guy. We went to get a new car.
