Very frustrated with our experience trying to get counters through home depot. We started the process in September and were told it would take a few weeks. We picked our counter then were told it had changed to special order, then picked and were offered the initial one again saying it had changed again.. So we picked it again. Then we were told we had to pick again so we chose something different. We were told that we were all set and there was some sort of mix up with the catalogue change over and that a lot of people were having the same experience but we were all set now as of 8 days ago.. Today I received an email saying they are still waiting for us to choose. I tried calling and emailing the store as per the email however both the voicemail and email are unmonitored according to the auto responses. We started this process hoping to be done by early November as we are trying to list our house. We would just like our deposit back at this point so we can find someone else to do it properly. Highly advise going elsewhere.
I reached out nearly 36 hours ago as I was asked to with the reference number and have not got a response on Facebook or Instagram at this point, absolutely ridiculous and not helping at all.

Well, overall, not bad, but, still have trouble getting certain things as they did not have a huge selection, for example, curtains and curtain rods, I went back two days in a row and the stock was the same, still not having what I was looking for,but again, overall not bad, I have bought many many things from Home Depot over the years,it is the place to go for quite a few things, as most contractors and general public know.

Love this location, been coming to it for years but have to say the level of assistance has extremely decreased. When asking ANYONE for help in locating anything it’s almost impossible. They either guess and send us on a wild goose chase or they advise us they don’t have the items we are looking for in stock. We will won’t care if you just simply say “I don’t know” and we will find someone who does or go on our own hunt that we end up doing anyway to find what we are looking for!
But a HUGE Shout Out to Howard the BEST employee hands down who is always helping, knowledgeable and just an all around amazing person!! Thank you for always making our experience a memorable one.

Went to the clarke and Dundas store and stood around waiting for a bathtub sliding door when an employee finally showed up she tried once and said this is too heave and all she wanted to do is go home I couldn't wait any longer I will never go to this location ever again.

This review is for my most recent visit on Sep 21. We went to buy an interior paint and didn't know anything. The lady (Anon her name I believe) went above and beyond, patiently explained us different options and talked about their applications areas, results and anything we wanted to know. She is extremely knowledgeable and confident besides being professional and helpful. She is an example of perfect customers service employee. I hope she is recognized for his great job!

Completely useless location. No employees anywhere. There isn't anyone around to cut lumber EVER. If you want anything cut to size you'll easily be waiting there an hour or more so be prepared for that. I highly recommend going to the Home hardware down the street about 5 minutes away. They always have people ready to help you. If you want service that's actually good, go there instead.
To home Depot morons that might read this: HIRE MORE STAFF!!! THERE IS NO ONE AROUND IN YOUR STORE TO HELP ANYONE. And give everyone a raise. You make millions of dollars every weekend, act like it.
