I shopped there on Oct 13 for my daughter to buy blinds for her home.
There was a myriad of decisions but Jennifer Decor Specialist patiently walked me through all the options and gave guidance and saved me money. She was very personable and knowledgeable and I would absolutely recommend her.

Getting tired of people parking in the loading zone and the staff not enforcing it, I had to wait 32 minutes to be able to load bags if concrete. Next time I come here and it's being used for parking I'm just going to go to Copp's Buildall or Rona up the road for everything from now on...

The employee of this store are very rude . I asked for help from employee and he refused to help. And i asked from employee named John , he seemed so aggressive and at first he was not ready to help and his tone was not at friendly .

Unfortunately, their appliance delivery company charges $146 to haul way the existing dryer, install a new dryer (i.e., one screw for dryer vent hose, plug into outlet), which is 27% the cost of the dryer.

Bill in Hardware acknowledged me by calling out my name and kept walking down the aisle to find other customers to serve. I needed help in finding the right staples to go with the stapler I was purchasing. The other associate in hardware was busy serving customers. So, I went to plumbing and spoke with Lenord. I showed him the stapler and the staples and mentioned that the staples didn't have the arrow stapler model number on it and I didn't think they fit the stapler. He assured me they did fit. I took the city bus there and home, on a Sunday before the holiday, so I could finish my project on the Labour Day holiday. I couldn't engage in my project as I had the wrong staples. I worked at Home Depot for 18 years and never sluffed off a customer like that. I don't appreciate the LACK of service coming from a vet-associate, especially when I can't do my project today and I have to catch another city transit to return the staples and stapler and still have this project to do on my job's list.

Customer service was very rude and then 15 minutes if back and forth for no one to pick up a call.

We shopped at the one on Fanshawe Road. I knew what I wanted and was easy process. It was nice shopping here as they had plenty of people to direct you.

Very helpful with a large item purchase. I am very pleased that they hire staff with special needs. Not enough businesses do that. Good on ya!
