My fiancé Andrew and I went to pick up our suits today for our upcoming wedding. Nick was working on his own today and he was so calm, cool and collected. He was fantastic and friendly. :) :) :)

The service was great helping me with an exchange but I bought a leather jacket from here and by the end of the season it was falling apart by the stitches so the quality has been disappointing.

Hello,
I walked in there looking for a shirt, a knowledgable lady by the name Lou helped me out a lot, answering questions about material, general item locations and general business wear knowledge. She went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service skills and working by herself, handling clients when I got there. If you shop here, it is a great store, lots and lots of variety, and hopefully Lou can help ;) but overall a very great store, Tip top tailers, White Oaks mall, Jul 22

This is the worst clothes shop I have ever dealt with. The manger is extremely rough and so are his employees. They are totally unfriendly with their customers.
I bought a suit from this shop. After paying for it, I asked about their return policy, the salesperson answered: 30 days provided the tags are there. A week later, after trying suit, at home I found it to be a bit tight and uncomfortable. So I decided to return it. The sales person refused to return it on the premise that the paper tags attached to the jacket and the trousers were removed although I tried to stick them again. But the were there and the shop staff could easily affix them in a more decent manner. The suit was nearly as neat exactly as when I bought it a week ago. The sales person refused entirely to return it and after some discussion she asked me to come again to see the manager who was not there at the time. I went back to the shop the next day to meet the manager who proved to be worse than his staff as he was very unfriendly in his talk to me. I told them that you are cheating customers because your return policy is impossible to implement. They do not serve or entertain their customers. I told them I am just visiting Canada and that I don’t live here and showed them the proof, but they did not respond. The suit cost me Can$315 which is now as far as I am concerned is worth nothing.
I strongly do not recommend the Tip Top store located in the White Oak Mall in London Ontario, Canada.

AMAZING Service!
We recently went in as a group of 4 to pick out suits for a wedding coming up. Lou (Louisa) was amazing from start to finish. We were all scattered and trying different things and she was able to stay on top of it and keep everyone's sizes and fit correct and she knew how different things would look and really helped us through the process. She laughed with us but also never strayed from the task at hand and we had all the guys fitted and picked within a half hour and ordered and checked out within a hour. We did not feel rushed by any means but we had some other appointments to get to so we appreciated the focus. We did have some things we had to order in the correct size and colour and even that came the next day. We love TipTop and Lou!

I went in with my parents to buy a suit for my dad, we were in there over 30 minutes, didn’t get no help or not even a greeting . There was other customers but left in 5 minutes. The 2 workers were just chatting among themselves. They probably judge people by their look only. I will be going back with my camera on and will be posting on social media.
