“I've known Doug Box the current owner for a couple of decades. Shop manager at a major transport company I worked for before he bought this biz because the way that company treated people disgusted him so he (and I) walked away from them with a LOT of others. He could've rode the corporate train into retirement. But didn't.The volume of automotive knowledge in his head is monumental Waynes World bow down we're not worthy stuff. The decency and integrity he has is beyond measure. He hires GOOD qualified people and takes on the responsibility of taking care of them.Maybe I can find tires cheaper at a box store like Costco etc? I DON'T CARE! This is a biz we better start supporting now. Young mechanics are walking away from the trade now for sound reasons. It isn't just a tire shop. If you want a shop you can TRUST for mechanical work? With plenty of scammers out there and vehicle manufacturers making it harder and harder for independent shops to exist so you are forced to pay dealerships $$$Stick to this shop and this guy like glue. Quality work. Very reasonable prices. They stand behind the work they do. He/they won't upsell you on tires or anything else because a major manufacturer sponsors them.One issue hitting all shops now is the quality of parts being delivered. Plenty of shops order parts from 3 suppliers to find one that actually fits. Let alone work for any length of time. Doug won't screw around with knock offs and scam parts like a lot of the "NGK" spark plugs out there now.Insider tip for pet lovers out there. Boxie loves dogs. Probably cats. Maybe even exotic pets like pigs and bison? I apologize in advance if a customer shows up with one for a tire change etc and it causes a fuss in the waiting room... Boxie and Team. You guys are the best!!!??”
