“With nail in a tire and almost flat on the left rear I rolled into the parking lot without calling first. While they were busy, they had me fixed up and on my way after a short sit in their waiting area. I was able to get on with my day.
This time the horn failed on our mid life Ford Focus. Fountain time got me in fast and replaced the horn equipment quickly. They are great.”
“I have been taking my car to Handford's on Wharncliffe Rd. in London for 30 years. I telephoned Kevin recently about needing a new battery and he immediately sent two guys over to boost my car, and take it in for a new battery. The car was then returned right away. From the start to finish it only took 30 minutes. I continue to be very impressed with the service they give me.”

“Last night I had a leak in my tire. It is the only car I have and I need it for work. I took a chance and dropped by Kal Tire. It was late! Just before closing. The gentleman behind the counter told me his only tech was busy and he would see what he could do. The man (Stupid me did not get his name) brought my car in and worked on it himself. The other tech helped when he was done his job. My tire was fixed and I left 15 mins after they closed. They did not complain about staying late or serving me. I am in customer service too so I notice small things like this. Kal Tire is very luck to have representatives such as the two people that helped me out last night. I wish the company I work for could hire them or at least have the two Kal tire employees speak to us about customer service. They are second to none. If you two read this, Thank you very much once again.”

“Could not have had a better experience buying winter tires. I went in and spoke to Danny about tires, and he made a couple of great recommendations. I had done some research ahead of time, and knew the price was fantastic, so I made an appointment while I was there. On the install day, I dealt with Danny at the counter again, and once again, he was fantastic. He called me two hours later to let me know the vehicle was ready. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend.
One suggestion to the owner: maybe have someone dedicated to answering the phone during times when the staff is busy at the counter with customers. I can understand the staff not having the time to answer with how busy they are, and it made me glad I went in to inquire about winter tires instead of phoning.”

Fortunately, I located a nearby service center that promptly assisted me, changing my tire free of charge despite their busy schedule. “I’ve bought a few sets of tires now from this location and I’ve never had any issues. I recently had some vibration after my winter tires were installed, and they accommodated me by fitting me in and rebalancing them.
Also the girl who works at the front desk needs a raise. The amount of people who were totally unprepared, had no idea what they were doing or cutting in line would have tested my patience yet somehow she was still very chill. I’m surprised some of these customers can dress themselves.
If you’re having your tires installed come prepared with your car keys and know if you have a wheel lock. It’s not rocket science.”
