I telephoned Kevin recently about needing a new battery and he immediately sent two guys over to boost my car, and take it in for a new battery. The car was then returned right away. From the start to finish it only took 30 minutes. I continue to be very impressed with the service they give me.”

“Great people. Very professional staff help me with my challenger scat pack . I have been looking for the brake rotors and pads from last year no other shop able to find me the exact rotors and pads. I've been looking all over Brampton and Mississauga but no one comes up with any solution everyone suggested me to get it from dealer but there prices were too expensive. One of my friends suggested me this place to I got intouch with shop and there owner ROHIT really helped me out and found me best parts at reasonable prices and get me fixed in just one day plus gave me overall report on my car even better than dealership. “Could not have had a better experience buying winter tires. I went in and spoke to Danny about tires, and he made a couple of great recommendations. I had done some research ahead of time, and knew the price was fantastic, so I made an appointment while I was there. On the install day, I dealt with Danny at the counter again, and once again, he was fantastic. He called me two hours later to let me know the vehicle was ready. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend.
One suggestion to the owner: maybe have someone dedicated to answering the phone during times when the staff is busy at the counter with customers. I can understand the staff not having the time to answer with how busy they are, and it made me glad I went in to inquire about winter tires instead of phoning.”
“I had a flat tire on my truck in busywork today. I called and explained the situation. A gentleman answered my phone and after 15 minutes he was in my work place to help me with my problem. I appreciate the work and help right when I needed it. Way to go.”
“I’ve bought a few sets of tires now from this location and I’ve never had any issues. I recently had some vibration after my winter tires were installed, and they accommodated me by fitting me in and rebalancing them.
Also the girl who works at the front desk needs a raise. The amount of people who were totally unprepared, had no idea what they were doing or cutting in line would have tested my patience yet somehow she was still very chill. I’m surprised some of these customers can dress themselves.
If you’re having your tires installed come prepared with your car keys and know if you have a wheel lock. It’s not rocket science.”
