The shop filled in the hole of my car tire. They checked the hole carefully. They even pulled out the tire to check if there was something affecting the rim. The service is 10 out of 10.

My second visit today for the general servicing. Their overall system, customer service seems pretty good to me. However, I never went other service center, so I vannoy compare the price or service charge. I believe they charge resonably. Overall, I am happy with their service and quality.

I had a great experience bringing my VW Taos in for new tires. Jane was so friendly and welcoming, which really set the tone. What impressed me most was how well they communicated, they sent text updates with photos and comments throughout the process, which kept me informed every step of the way.
It turned out I really needed an alignment, the old tires were in bad shape, but they explained everything clearly and didn’t pressure me. The new tires were a great price, and the whole experience felt honest and professional. Highly recommend!

Titanium staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the new car. There was a minor defect that could have become very serious hidden by the past owner on a trade in. Titanium fixed it as soon as we noticed it to ensure I was happy and would not have problems in the future. Great dealership 👍
