Just to share: Store supervisor (I think Sasha, Ethnicity- Black) gossips lot about person returns, clothes (what he or she is wearing). Like, categorizing customer through race, colour, money, etc etc. That’s the culture store cultivates. That’s why this store doesn’t have loyal customer base. They don’t value customer experience. Despite of liking the brand, its clothes, I hate this store. Too much of negative vibes. In addition, lack of clarity about product, discounts, returns ( Yes! person can return the undergarments if it’s packed or in the original state). Poor hospitality.

Came to this store with a discount code that I received from the company TH, and the guy helping me was not sure about it, he call Sasha ( the manager) and when she came she already came with an attitude, i show her the cupon and she say that that was from the main office that it has nothing to do with her store, even if she was right, the way she handled the situation was so bad that the guy that initially help push her trying to make her understand she was wrong but she continued been rude and unprofessional.
I will do my best to not come back to this location.

I really liked the store, the products, needless to say, the brand is a guarantee of quality and satisfaction, although the service is not very good and they have a few items of clothing for each size

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tommy Hilfiger store. One of the employees was extremely rude and lacked any sense of professionalism. She was dismissive and unhelpful, to the point where another employee had to step in and assist me. It seemed like she was acting as if she was in charge, while the other staff members were at least trying to understand my issue and help. I hope the store management addresses this behavior, as it does not reflect well on the brand or the customer experience.

One of the worst customer services received so far in London, Ontario. After reading the reviews also, I agree totally. This outlet undoubtedly receives the tag of worst service provider. I visited the store today and greeted by a brown, curly haired, average height rude girl ,she didn’t tell her name that’s why providing description so that she can be fired immediately otherwise she will ruin the reputation of one of the top most brands in the world. She was not only rude but also unhelpful to everyone in the store ( what I noticed). She should be taught that never argue with the customer. Customer is always right, respect them if you want to earn respect. Customer is the one who is paying your salary indirectly. Her misbehaviour was shocking, why such employees are hired. Are their actions and behaviour ever monitored? I can’t even erase the incident from my mind how rudely she behaved with me and insulted many customers. I want to rate zero star but I have to give minimum one. Her behaviour is unacceptable.
